Have you seen the new Disneyland Paris 30th anniversary logo? I can’t stop staring at this amazing work of art.

Over here in the US, we’re in the final stretch before the official launch of Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration. But before letting the pixie dust settle, Disney Imagineers went straight to work prepping for the 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris (which opened as Euro Disney back in the day.)

The Opening of Disneyland Paris

The official opening day of Disneyland Paris was back on April 12, 1992, meaning we’re only seven months and some change away from the Disneyland Paris 30th anniversary. But you don’t even have to wait that long. In fewer than six months, Disneyland Paris will launch its 30th Anniversary celebrations on March 6, 2022.

Want a little more history of the opening of Disneyland Paris? I highly recommend episode 6 (“The Castles”) for a taste of building the iconic castle at Disneyland Paris. What to Expect for the Disneyland Paris 30th Anniversary

Disney has said little of what the actual celebration will entail, but you can expect some Disney magic at Disneyland Park, Walt Disney Studios Park, and the whole resort. “Cast Members will be at the heart of the celebration” is as specific as Disney is getting right now.

But in the meantime, can we all just marvel at that Disneyland Paris 30th anniversary logo? It’s a thing of sheer beauty, and the hidden Mickey is stunning.

11/20/21 UPDATE: The 30th Anniversary Celebration at Disneyland Paris will begin March 6, 2022. The celebration will include a new Castle Hub show, the return of classic parades (“Disney Stars Parade and Disney Illuminations”), and the opening of Avengers Campus in the summer.

If you won’t be able to make it across the pond to ring in the 30th Anniversary at Disneyland Paris, you can at least join in the celebration of the 50th Anniversary at our home park, Walt Disney World. Here’s some of what’s in store:
