What is La Crêperie de Paris?

La Crêperie de Paris is a new Table-Service restaurant opening Oct. 1 as part of the historic expansion of EPCOT. The inspiration behind the fare you’ll find here is the Brittany region of France, which is famous for hard cider.

That inspiration is reflected in everything from the aesthetic of the restaurant—replete with blue-glass windows and stone walls—to the look of the uniforms. Staff at La Crêperie de Paris will don horizontally striped shirts and red hats akin to the style of the miki—fishers from the Brittany region.

Everything served at La Crêperie de Paris is made from scratch to order. The star attractions are extra-thin and extra-crispy galettes and crêpes just like what you’d get in Brittany.

If you’re looking for a snack that fits specific dietary restrictions, the galettes are made using imported buckwheat and are gluten-free.

Whether you’re opting for a sweet crêpe or a savory galette, you can pair your food with an imported hard cider. Options include a brut, sec, and doux, which run the gamut of sweetness.

La Crêperie de Paris will also offer a prix fixe option that includes a crêpe, galette, soup or salad, and beverage.

Prefer Quick-Service so you can eat and go? Hit up the Crêpes À Emporter, a walk-up window that serves a limited menu of crêpes, galettes, ice cream, hard cider, and wine.
