How do I Subscribe to WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine?

We have several subscription lengths (monthly, quarterly, annual, or gift) and types (print or digital) to choose from. You can find all of the current options HERE.

Do I need an app to view the Digital Edition of WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine?

No, you can enjoy your Digital Edition on any internet browser and/or any device that supports PDF readers.

How do I access my Digital Edition of WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine?

After you complete your order, you will receive a welcome email with your login and instructions for accessing all of our issues. If you do not see your welcome email, please double-check your “Junk” folder. If you still do not see it, please contact and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel my WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine subscription?

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, and must be canceled in advance of the upcoming charge. Please refer to our terms and conditions HERE for details about canceling your subscription or opting out of auto renewal.

How do I change my WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine subscription?

Can I order past issues of WDW Magazine or DLR Magazine?

After our initial mailing to subscribers, a limited number of copies of each print edition will be available to purchase online HERE– but when they are sold out, they’re gone forever! And, subscribers to our Digital Editions get instant access to all past issues for the duration of their subscription.

What countries do you ship to?


Currently we ship to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, most countries in the European Union, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil. Please note that not all items are available to ship to all countries. If you are interested in having our products shipped to your country, please contact and we will notify you when we are able to add your destination.

In which countries can I order the Digital Edition or your eBooks?

We offer our digital products worldwide.

My order was delivered damaged or has not arrived, can I get a replacement?


If your order was damaged in transit, please take a picture of the damage and email it to so we can send a replacement.  For non-subscription orders, tracking information is provided for your reference so you can monitor the delivery status. For lost or missing magazine issues as part of a subscription, we will send a replacement only in the month following the issue release date (for example: if you are missing the December issue, please contact AFTER January 1st to request a replacement). How do I change my email, mailing address or name on file?

What is the WDW Magazine app?


It is possible to subscribe to a the digital version of WDW Magazine and DLR Magazine through Apple or Android app stores.  While these options include the same great content as our web-based Digital Edition, the purchase relationship is between you and Apple or Google.  In accordance with the privacy policies of these companies, we have no access to your customer records and cannot confirm your subscription or assist with account issues.
