Shipping 

Shipping times are not guaranteed and once an item leaves our facility we can no longer influence its delivery.

Print Memberships to WDW Magazine are shipped monthly, and your first issue will arrive within 4-8 weeks of purchase (orders must be placed by the 10th of the month prior to receive the next month’s issue, ex: purchases from Jan 11-Feb 10 will recieve the March issue). If you are missing an issue, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance no earlier than the first day of the month following your missing issue (for example, if you have not received your May issue by June 1).

Print Memberships to DLR Magazine are shipped quarterly, and your first issue will arrive within 4 months of purchase – DLR Magazine ships every three months. Members who purchase from Oct 11-Jan 10 will receive their first issue in Feb (Spring); Members who purchase from Jan 11-Apr 10 will receive their first issue in May (Summer); Members who purchase from Apr 11-Jul 10 will receive their first issue in Aug (Fall); and Members who purchase from Jul 11-Oct 10 will receive their first issue in Nov (Winter). 

Non-membership orders typically ship within 5 business days, but may be subject to delay. For pre-sale items, an estimated shipping date will be noted in the product description.

Any duty, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Digital Delivery

For Digital Memberships and product purchases, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the email associated with your account at checkout, providing login details to access your digital issues or products.  Access to our All-Access digital edition will give you access to the current issue and all back issues online, with new monthly issues being added on the 1st of every month through your Membership term (including 12 issues of WDW Magazine and 4 issues of DLR Magazine per year)

Membership Billing

Annual, 3-Month, Quarterly and Monthly Print Subscription/Memberships: If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal in order to end your Subscription/Membership at the completion of its term, you may do so at any time before your next billing date by emailing our customer care team or changing your Subscription/Membership renewal settings in the Membership Center at least one day prior to renewal. By purchasing a Subscription/Membership, you agree to be billed on an auto-renewing basis until you opt-out.

NOTE: You can see your Subscription/Membership at any time on our website on our membership portal. From here you can adjust your Subscription/Membership by using pending cancel to opt-out, or cancel to end your Subscription/Membership. We do not prorate or refund Subscriptions/Memberships that are prematurely canceled. Access to manage your Subscription/Membership is given after the first issue is mailed to you. After that point you are able to adjust your Subscription/Membership from our site. 

Returns

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns. All items are final sale. All items are non-refundable. Damaged or lost goods will be replaced at our discretion.
