What Countries Does the Print Edition Ship To?

Currently, we are able to ship WDW Magazine to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Japan, the United Kingdom, and some countries in the EU.

If you are interested in having your magazines shipped elsewhere, please contact help@wdwmagazine.com and we will notify you when we are able to add your destination.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs will be determined at checkout, before completing your order.

 

Can I Order Back Issues of the Print Edition?

After our initial mailing to subscribers, a limited number of copies of each print edition will be available to purchase online HEREbut when they are sold out, they’re gone forever!

How Can I Opt-Out of Automatic Renewal on My Print Subscription?

Send a message to our Customer Care team at  prior to your renewal date and they will assist you with this change.

My Issue Was Delivered Damaged, or Has Not Arrived. Will You Replace it?

If your issue was damaged in transit, please take a picture of the damage and email it to help@wdwmagazine.com so we can send a replacement.

For lost or missing issues, we will send a replacement only in the month following the issue release date.

For example: if you are missing the December issue, please contact help@wdwmagazine.com AFTER January 1st to request a replacement.

After you complete your order, you will receive a welcome email with your login and instructions for accessing all of our issues.

If you do not see your welcome email, please double-check your ‘Junk” folder. If you still do not see it, please contact help@wdwmagazine.com and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

 

Can I Purchase the Digital Edition Anywhere in the World?

Yes– our Digital Edition is available worldwide. 

 

Is WDW Magazine and DLR Magazine Available in Multiple Languages?

No. Currently, we only publish in English.

While these options include the same great content as our web-based Digital Edition, the purchase relationship is between you and Apple or Google.

In accordance with the privacy policies of these companies, we have no access to your customer records and cannot confirm your subscription or assist with account issues.
