It’s official, the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is coming back in 2023! This year, the holiday festival is scheduled to run from November 24th to December 30th, 2023. There’s a lot to see and do this holiday season, so we’re breaking down everything you can see, do, and – of course – eat in our complete guide.
The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is the best place to eat and drink your way through the holidays around the world. From holiday kitchens serving sweet and savory bites to learning about how other countries celebrate around the holidays, to the breathtaking Candlelight Processional performances, and everything in between, there’s a lot to do at the festival this year!

What are the dates for the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays?
The 2023 festival officially starts on November 24th and runs all the way through December 30th, 2023.
How long does the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays run?
The EPCOT Festival of the Holidays is one of the shorter festivals hosted in the park, running for only 6 weeks. So, you’ll have to time your visit just right around the holidays.
How much is the 2023 EPCOT Festival of the Holidays?
The great thing about the festival is that it is completely free with the cost of admission to EPCOT! So, if you’re a Disney World Annual Passholder, you’ll essentially be able to enjoy the festival at no additional cost. However, if you’re purchasing a ticket, the cost for a standard single-day ticket to EPCOT starts at $149 per person, per day around the holidays.
Keep in mind that the food and drink at the festival booths are an additional cost and vary in price depending on what you order.

Holiday Cookie Stroll
The popular cookie challenge is back again! Disney has confirmed the return of the Holiday Cookie Stroll which involves purchasing five cookies from pre-selected cookie stroll locations around the park to receive a free treat at the end. The official cookie stroll locations and redemption locations can be found on the Festival Passport.

Candlelight Processional
The Candlelight Processional has become one of the most beloved holiday traditions in Disney World and it is confirmed to be returning in 2023! A full line-up of celebrity narrators will rotate through EPCOT over six weeks retelling the story of Christmas with a full orchestra and choir. Dining packages will also be available if you’d like reserved seating for the show.

Santa at the Odyssey Pavilion
Santa Claus will be visiting guests at the Odyssey pavilion from November 24th to December 24th! You’ll be able to stop by for a photo op to meet him during this time.

Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition
Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition is a fun family-friendly activity during the festival. The popular scavenger hunt sends you around World Showcase to find Olaf who has gathered holiday traditions from around the globe.

To participate, you’ll need to purchase the scavenger hunt map from participating locations and find all of the spots where Olaf is hiding. When you return with a completed map, you’ll receive a prize.
