Avengers Campus’ WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure will have a virtual queue when it opens at Disney California Adventure.
Alongside sharing a first look at the Avengers Campus map, Disney Parks Blog revealed on May 24 that the brand new attraction, WEB SLINGERS, will utilize a virtual queue upon its June 4 opening.
For those unaware, this ride gives fans the chance to sling webs just like Spider-Man. Tom Holland, who plays Peter Parker in the films, will also be part of the attraction.
To make WEB SLINGERS an even more unique and customized experience, Disney is selling WEB Tech accessories. The different add-ons offer additional effects while on the ride.
As for the virtual queue, here’s what you need to know.

How The Virtual Queue Works

First, make sure you have both a valid theme park ticket and a park reservation on the day you plan to visit the theme parks.
You’ll also need to link your ticket to your Disney account before being able to join the virtual queue.
When it comes to grabbing a boarding group, there are two distribution times: 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
To be clear, only guests who start their day at Disney California Adventure can access the virtual queue in the morning at 7:00 AM on the day of their park reservation.
You also don’t have to be inside the park to do so, but can do it from either your hotel or the comfort of your home.
If you are unsuccessful in getting a boarding group in the morning, you can try again at noon.

When it comes to the second distribution time, you must have a valid ticket and park reservation, and have entered California Adventure, or Disneyland Park, with a Park Hopper ticket, by noon.
You’ll then be able to try to join the second boarding group drop.
Remember: Park hopping at Disneyland doesn’t begin until 1 p.m. each day.
If you start your day at Disneyland Park, you can then enter Disney California Adventure with your Park Hopper ticket after 1 p.m. for your boarding group.
All guests have up to one hour from the time their boarding group is called (you’ll receive a push notification via the Disneyland app) to go to the WEB SLINGERS entrance.
An Important Detail

Finally, here is a very important piece of information to note: “Guests may only enter a virtual queue once per day for each attraction, and may not hold a boarding group for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance and WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure at the same time.”
So, for example, if your WEB SLINGERS boarding group isn’t called before the second distribution time at 12:00 PM, you won’t be able to try for a Rise of the Resistance boarding group.
But, if you’re lucky enough to sling webs before then, you’ll be able to try to join the virtual queue for the Star Wars attraction.
Remember, only California residents are able to visit Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure right now. We’ll let you know when out-of-state guests are welcome to the happiest place on earth.
