The Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend will return in 2023. Learn all about the races and the characters you can see at the event.
We all know that Disney is famous for its RunDisney races. Well, Hong Kong Disneyland will be hosting a 10K Weekend 2023 next year, presented by AIA Vitality. This will be returning in March of 2023, just in time for the Disney 100 Years of Wonder Celebration.

This event will be returning for the first time in three years and invites runners of all ages to partake in the race and proudly wear their favorite Disney look. The race will take place between March 18 and March 19, 2023.
In order to register, guests can visit the Hong Kong Disneyland 10K Weekend- Presented by AIA Vitality page. Registration will be available for interested guests between November 28, 2022, and January 6, 2023.
As we’ve mentioned in a previous article, Disney is celebrating its 100th anniversary with the Disney 100 Years of Wonder Celebration. In honor of the celebration, guests will be treated to some magical new experiences and surprises during their run. They will be able to run through several lands as well as the iconic archway of the Castle of Magical Dream, which is a first-of-its-kind experience.
The park is collaborating with the charity, Hong Kong Federation of Handicapped Youth (HKFHY), and will donate a portion of the proceeds to this charity. The event welcomes everyone, including wheelchair participants and people with disabilities.
Character Sightings
One thing Disney loves to do during races is feature character meet and greets along the run! And this race is no different. Guests will be treated to their favorite characters from Marvel, Duffy and Friends, and Mickey and Minnie of course! For the first time, the Disney characters along the route will be dressed in all-new 100th anniversary outfits.
Themed Runner Packs

For those participating in the event, they will have a chance to take home a special runner pack in honor of the Disney 100 Years of Wonder celebration and include Disney-themed running tee designed by sponsor Skechers, a race bib, bib buttons, and a themed mask.
Of course, any race needs a medal and guests will receive one following the completion of the race.

Marvel Super Heroes 10K
The Marvel Super Heroes 10K is a mission that has you meeting with Ant-Man and the Wasp and Spider-Man along the parade route. The date of the Marvel race is Sunday, March 19, 2023, and is for guests age 16 and older.

Pixar Pals 5K
Everyone’s favorite pals will join in on the race fun during the Pixar Pals 5K. You can meet Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and Bo Peep while racing along. The Pixar Pals 5K will take place on Saturday, March 18, 2023, and is for guests 14 years and older.

Duffy and Friends 3K
It’s always a treat when we get to see Duffy and his friends, which makes this Duffy and Friends 3K a fun race. Greet Duffy, his newest friend LinaBell and the rest of the bunch along this route. The date of this race is on both Saturday, March 18, 2023, and Sunday, March 19, 2023, and is special since it’s for guests 3 years and older.

Mickey and Friends Kids Races
Would you really race if Mickey and his Friends weren’t there? Well, luckily Mickey and his friends have a race totally themed to them. You’ll be able to see the man himself plus other favorites along this kid-friendly race. The date of this race is on both Saturday, March 18, 2023, and Sunday, March 19, 2023, and offers guests under the age of 5 to participate in the fun. The price of just the race in HKD is $367 and the Magic Access Members Early Bird Offer is $367 in HKD.
