World of Frozen will open in November 2023 at Hong Kong Disneyland, as revealed in a recent announcement.

The wait is almost over for Frozen fans visiting Hong Kong Disneyland! Arendelle: The World of Frozen is an upcoming land in Hong Kong Disneyland that will take guests inside the kingdom of Arendelle. The land will feature a version of Frozen Ever After (similiar to the one in EPCOT), along with a new Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs roller coaster. Along with the new rides, the land will feature a new restaurant, merchandise locations, and the chance to meet your favorite characters from the film. And now, Disney has shared an opening month for this exciting new addition to Hong Kong Disneyland.

World of Frozen Opening Month

Disney has revealed that Arendelle: The World of Frozen will be opening in November 2023. Disney shared the news on the Disney Parks TikTok, alongside a sneak peek at the the upcoming land. In the clip, you can see Imagineers take a closer look at the Arendelle castle, and construction for the Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs coaster.

And this isn’t the first preview we’ve seen of the exciting upcoming land! Back in February, Disney shared a look at the construction progress for the land that took viewers through construction of Arendelle.

We also previously got a preview at the Elsa animatronic from Frozen Ever After at Hong Kong Disneyland. The animatronic hhas gotten some technological improvements from the Elsa that debuted with EPCOT’s Frozen Ever After in 2016.
