by | Aug 1, 2023 | Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Typhoon Lagoon, WDW Blog

Disney released a Florida resident 2-Park Explorer Ticket, giving Florida residents a discounted price for visiting EPCOT and Animal Kingdom.

There’s a lot to look forward to over the next two months at Walt Disney World! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will start on select dates beginning August 11th, and over at EPCOT, the Disney100 celebration will begin in late September. And if you’re a Florida resident looking to visit the parks over the next two months, Disney just released a brand new ticket offer that you need to know about!

Florida Resident 2-Park Explorer Ticket Now Available

Disney has shared the new Florida Resident Disney 2-Park Explorer Ticket, a special offer 2-day ticket that’s valid for admission to EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom only. The ticket costs $159 (plus tax) and is valid for use from now through September 29th. That means you’re spending just $79.50 a day on your tickets!

Even better, there is some flexibility with the offer. Tickets can be used on consecutive or nonconsecutive days, as long as they’re used during the valid dates (and subject to Park Pass reservation availability).

Add a Water Park Option

If you are looking to go to the Typhoon Lagoon Water Park as well, you can add on a water park option for just $35 more per ticket! Purchasing this add-on means you can:

  • Visit EPCOT or Disney’s Animal Kingdom on two separate days with a Park Pass reservation
  • Visit a Disney water park (Typhoon Lagoon is the one currently open), golf course, or mini golf course on two additional days (or on the same day you visit one of the two above theme parks)

Eligibility for Offer

To qualify for the offer, you will need to show proof of Florida residency. The offer is valid from August 1st to September 29th, 2023, for admission to EPCOT and Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park only. If you aren’t able to use the ticket during that period of time, the price paid for a wholly unused ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket with an equal or higher price.

You’ll want to make sure to make a Park Pass reservation for the dates you are looking to go by checking the Park Pass reservation availability calendar.

How to Purchase the Florida Resident 2-Park Explorer Ticket
