These stations give you the chance to go trick-or-treating at the Most Magical Place on Earth. And you can grab quite the haul — you can check out ours from last year above!
Special Entertainment
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party features a variety of special entertainment and shows for guests to enjoy. So far, these are the entertainment options that have been confirmed.
Mickey’s “Boo-to-You!” Halloween Parade

Mickey’s “Boo-to-You!” Halloween Parade returns to this year’s party, with the not-so-spooky parade of characters making their way from Frontierland through Main Street, U.S.A. This year’s parade will also feature some new faces, including the Sanderson Sisters Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck and Clarabell. At the 2022 party, you could catch the show at 9:15 PM and 11:15 PM on party nights.
Here’s a look at our reporter’s thoughts from last year’s parade:
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Maria Salerno: “My favorite moment of the parade actually happens before the parade proper—when the Headless Horseman rides! A sudden hush came over the (sold out) crowd when the Horseman rounded the bend that created an eerily perfect atmosphere for his ride.”
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Julie de la Fe: “I love the gravediggers, the villains … the headless horseman is also pretty amazing to see in person.”

The Sanderson Sisters take the stage in front of Cinderella Castle for the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! The stage show typically takes place 3-4 times a night, and we will share timing here when it’s available for 2023. Read below for our reporter, Maria Salerno’s, thoughts on last year’s show.
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Maria Salerno: “I will always love standing in the Castle forecourt during the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular—especially during the music break in ‘I Put a Spell on You’ when the audience gets to participate in chanting ‘ah say into pi alpha mani upendi’ with the Sanderson sisters! Such great energy in that moment!”
Characters in Costumes

Characters are an incredibly popular part of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! This year’s party will include appearances by Max Goof and his Powerline party pack, as well as the Seven Dwarfs! A spirited pirate band will also be singing and telling tales of their adventures around Adventureland.
Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular

Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular is the returning nighttime spectacular that features projection effects, lasers, and fireworks. Typically this will take place around 10:15 PM. Check below for our reporter’s review from 2022!
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Julie de la Fe: “The fireworks are unique to the party and they are a brand new show this year! The projections are pretty spectacular and include appearances by Jack Skellington, Zero alongside Mickey and friends. Besides the projections, these are some of the most impressive fireworks Disney has. They literally fill the sky and are almost impossible to catch on camera!”
Special Halloween Merchandise
Disney Halloween merchandise will be available at the parks all day, without admission to the party required. These items sell out fast, so you’ll want to be quick when they become available later in the summer!

Reviews: Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2022
Looking for more information on last year’s event? Our reporters who attended Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party 2022 had this to say!
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Julie de la Fe: “Wow was it nice to have a full Halloween celebration back at Magic Kingdom! Spooky Music filled the atmosphere and there was excitement from Cast Members and guests of all ages. The Boo to You parade is my favorite and that just made my ‘not so scary’ heart so happy!”
🎃 WDW Magazine Reporter, Maria Salerno: “I couldn’t stop smiling all night … being back at a full party swept me away in a way I wasn’t expecting. Seeing all the costumes and trick or treating with everyone again made for such a great night. It’s always fun to be at a Party, but Disney more than delivered at bringing it back in full force this year…MNSSHP is BACK!”
