A Whole New Look!
After what has felt like an eternity, the World of Disney renovations are finally complete! We are so excited to share some more magical details with you!

Before we begin, I suggest checking out last week’s World of Disney blog post if you haven’t already. In that post, we talk about the back story of the new renovations and give you a glimpse at some new décor and merchandise that debuted last week ahead of the Grand Reveal ceremony.

World of Disney Media Event
Although the Grand Reveal ceremony on October 27th was open to the public, we were invited by Disney to attend a media event prior to the ceremony to chat with the Disney Cast Members that worked on creating the magic for the store’s new look.

The main checkout area is one of my favorite new additions to the store! There’s still a little Pixie Dust left in these old paint jars. Keep an eye out for a magical display while you’re in line!

World of Disney Grand Reveal Ceremony
After our chat with the media, we were escorted outside to a special reserved area to view the ribbon-cutting ceremony. We couldn’t have asked for a better view!

There’s nothing better than a surprise visit from Mickey Mouse! Hearing the cheers from the crowd as he stepped onstage and seeing the happiness on the Cast Members’ faces was truly heart-warming.
