Make the holidays extra merry by meeting and greeting Santa himself at one of his Walt Disney World locations.

Sure, you can meet your favorite characters throughout Walt Disney World Resort – but did you know that during the holiday season, you can also meet Santa Claus? That’s right, the gift-giving guy himself makes Disney World his home base, welcoming guests for photos and meet and greet encounters!

Where can you find and meet Santa at Disney World? We’re sharing a list of all of Santa’s locations resort-wide during the months of November and December below.

Meet Santa at Disney World Theme Parks

Guests can meet Santa Claus at three of Walt Disney World’s theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Santa will typically meet and greet guests in Liberty Square at the Enchanted Glade Gazebo starting in December. He’s only around during the daytime (usually between the hours of 1 to 5 PM), so keep an eye out in the My Disney Experience app to find out what times he’ll make an appearance.

If you’re attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, you’ll also be able to meet Santa inside the Enchanted Glade Gazebo during the party! Oh, and there’s one more Santa you might want to catch during this annual Christmas party – Santa Goofy appears in the Storybook Circus Calliope Tent near Pete’s Silly Sideshow.

Where to Meet Santa at EPCOT

EPCOT is one of the main hubs for holiday cheer each year at Disney World, and it’s also a fantastic place to meet Santa. You’ll find Santa Claus greeting guests and snapping photos inside the Odyssey Pavilion, where he’s hanging out in a snow-covered sleigh. He appears from November 24 to December 24, 2023, so catch him while he’s around!

If you’d like to catch other versions of Santa Claus, EPCOT’s International Festival of the Holidays is the perfect opportunity. During the festival, Holiday Storytellers appear in the countries throughout the World Showcase to share holiday traditions. Some of those Storytellers are actually different Santas from various countries! You can catch these Santas and their stories at set performance times throughout the day, so check the My Disney Experience app for details on their appearances.

Where to Meet Santa at Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is actually where you’ll find Santa early in the holiday season. It’s the only Walt Disney World theme park that features a Santa meet and greet starting in early November – this year, Santa is appearing from November 11 to December 24.

You can find Santa at It’s a Wonderful Shop on Grand Avenue. Check the My Disney Experience app for the latest times during your visit to make sure he’ll be available!

Oh, and if you’re looking for another Santa Goofy meet and greet opportunity, make sure to make a dining reservation at Hollywood & Vine for Minnie’s Holiday Dine. Santa Goofy will appear along with Minnie, Mickey, and Pluto in their festive best.

Meet Santa at Disney World Water Parks

Yep, you read that right: Santa makes a stop at one of Walt Disney World’s two water parks during the holiday season! If you’re planning to spend a day at Blizzard Beach, you can catch Santa hanging out and enjoying some sun.

You can meet Santa and see him decked out in his best, most festive beachwear throughout the day at Blizzard Beach – he moves around, popping up at different locations at different times. Keep an eye out for him in the My Disney Experience app to know where he’ll appear next.

Meet Santa at Disney Springs

If you’re visiting Disney Springs, you’ll have a chance to meet Santa right inside Once Upon a Toy. There’s really no better spot to get some holiday photos than with Santa in what looks like a toy workshop!

Santa will be present in Once Upon a Toy at Disney Springs through December 24. Make sure to join the virtual queue when you arrive; there is no standby queue for this Santa meet and greet, so you’ll need to hop into the app to secure a spot in “line.”

There’s also a fun character breakfast-like opportunity to meet Santa at Disney Springs: Maria & Enzo’s Breakfast with Santa. During Breakfast with Santa, you’ll enjoy a family-style breakfast, the chance to meet Santa and his elves, a family photo with Santa, takeaway treats, and some kid-friendly holiday activities.
