Here’s where to find each of the Disney Fab 50 statues in Animal Kingdom.

As part of the 18-month-long World’s Most Magical Celebration, marking Walt Disney World’s 50th anniversary, Disney erected 36 unique golden statues depicting 50 classic Disney characters from Disney animated films, Pixar movies, and even the Star Wars and Marvel sagas.

But where are all these Fab 50 golden character statues? Spread out across all four major parks at Walt Disney World Resort, of course. You can get the full list of the Disney Fab 50 statues here, but in this post, we’re going to cover how to find the Disney Fab 50 statues in Animal Kingdom specifically.

What Are the Animal Kingdom Fab 50 Statues?

In total, there are seven characters represented across four individual statues in Animal Kingdom. They are:

Wondering where to find the Disney Fab 50 statues in Animal Kingdom? We’ve broken down how to find each statue, one at a time.

Simba Statue

Discovery Island houses the gold Simba statue (and all the Fab 50 character statues in Animal Kingdom). Find the King of the Jungle near Discovery Trading Co. in front of the Tree of Life.

Well done, Imagineers. This is the most Instagrammable setting in the park. Wait for the right lighting and snap a few pics with the Tree of Life in the background.

Timon and Pumbaa Statue

Not far off from their buddy Simba are Timon and Pumbaa in statuesque form. In fact, they are so close you probably get them in the same picture. They are to the right on Discovery Island, near Discovery Trading Co.

You can see the base of the Simbaa statue in the photo above; these two are super close together.

Nemo and Dori Statue

Fish out of water! I repeat: Fish out of water! The gold Nemo and Dori statue in Animal Kingdom sits near Dug & Russell’s Wilderness Explorer Club House on Discovery Island, right in front of the Tree of Life.

Let’s just hope you can remember it longer than Dori could so you can snap your pic before you forget!

Bambi and Thumper Statue

The gold Bambi and Thumper statues are standing by a bush near Island Mercantile on Discovery Island, right in front of the Tree of Life. This statue gives you a bonus character: a butterfly. Three for the price of two!
