New Menu Items Announced for Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic

Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic have shared new and returning items that will be coming to the event this year!  

It’s almost time for the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic! The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel will be hosting their annual event on November 10th and 11th, with a menu lineup that includes more than 20 items from the hotel’s restaurants, lounges, and exclusive festival pop-ups. And to get you even more excited for the event, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel have released new and returning menu items!

What is the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic?

Each year, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel hosts this Food & Wine Classic. The ticketed event takes place over two days and is a great way to try out food and drinks from the restaurants at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel, as well as the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. The event includes exciting dishes with a range of cuisine, as well as exciting seminars you can attend for an additional cost.

This year’s Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will be the 14th iteration of the event, taking place on November 10th and November 11th. Over the two nights, guests will be able to explore a range of cuisines with Mexican, Italian, sushi, steak, seafood, and barbeque all available throughout the event’s food stations.

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has released the menu for the 14th year of its Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic, taking place Friday, Nov. 10, and Saturday, Nov. 11. The menu lineup of more than 20 items includes delectable new dishes and beloved festival favorites from the hotel’s resident restaurants and lounges, and festival-exclusive pop-ups. Over the course of the two-night event, guests will explore a wide range of cuisines with Mexican, Italian, sushi, steak, seafood, and barbeque all available throughout the event’s food stations, with different menus each night.

How to Buy Tickets

The event runs from 5:30 PM to 9 PM on both November 10th and 11th. You can purchase tickets for the event, as well as seminars, by clicking here.

New and Returning Items

While the full Food & Classic menus have not yet been released, we do know some new and returning items! This year you can enjoy new dishes from Il Mulino, AMare, and Rosa Mexicano, with returning favorites from Shula’s, Kimonos, and more for the event’s 14th year.

Rosa Mexicao

New dishes will include a red chile chicken taco with avocado, tomatillo, pico de gallo and queso fresco on corn tortillas from Rosa Mexicano. The signature classic guacamole en molcajete with fresh tortilla chips and roasted tomato salsa will also be returning from the restaurant.

Smokin’ D’s BBQ

Another new item is the Smoked American Lamb from Smokin’ D’s BBQ. This will be hand-crafted lamb, smoked cumin and harissa barbeque sauce, roasted black pepper and date puree and pickled mustard greens.

Il Mulino

Il Mulino will offer both a new and returning dish. The new dish is gorgonzola cheese filled agnolotti with spiced pear, walnuts, nasturtium and ‘Nduja vinaigrette. Their baked ricotta cheese, carrot two ways, radish, tomato, and pine nut “gremolata” will also be returning.

Amare and China Town Pop-Up

Two more new dishes are the Tonnarelli Pasta from Amare, which is house-made tonnarelli pasta, steamed baby clams, roasted tomato sauce, Calabrian chili, and guanciale. The China Town pop-up will also bring the new Congee, which is slow-cooked rice porridge, shrimp dumplings, fried shallot, green onion, garlic, and crispy chili flakes.

Shula’s Steak House and Beer Garden

Returning favorites will include the Roasted Linz heritage black angus beef tenderloin with potato puree, pearl onion, Dijon mustard, and cognac sauce from Shula’s Steak House, and crispy cauliflower with sweet and spicy Thai chili sauce shoyu from the Beer Garden. Finally, the Dragon roll from Kimonos will return, with crispy shrimp, yellowfin tuna, Haas avocado, and kewpie mayonnaise
