If you’re searching for something a little different, head to Jaleo at Disney Springs! Featuring a springtime brunch menu that’s filled with signature Spanish dishes like Tortitas de Aceite de Oliva (olive oil pancakes topped with a sweet house-made blueberry compote and fresh Florida honey) and Huevos Estrellados (a brunch classic with eggs and crispy fried potatoes), you can also choose options with some culinary flair. Each dish is vibrant and festive, capturing the flavors of Spain right on your plate.

Plus, if you love pairing your brunch food with a refreshing cocktail, you’ll love the beverage choices at Jaleo! From classic cocktails to sparkling wines and an array of reds and whites to Spanish sangrias, it’s the perfect place to try something new – or a familiar brunch favorite.

Ever tried Italian food for brunch? You absolutely have to this spring, especially if you’re headed to Disney Springs! At Maria & Enzo’s, you’ll find a fresh spin on the typical brunch, with a menu that offers a selection of dishes inspired by classic Sicilian cuisine. Step into the warm Italian ambiance of the stunning Maria & Enzo’s dining room, and you’ll be able to dine on incredible brunch selections, all of which are chef-curated.

You can start with something sweet and breakfast-oriented, like the can’t-miss Crunch Toast, a slice of brioche bread crusted with cornflake cereal and topped with Nutella mascarpone and strawberry compote. Or, opt for something that leans more towards lunch, like the Spaghetti Carbonara Americana, which features thick cut spaghetti imported from Italy, with applewood bacon and a soft poached egg over top.

And like any good spring brunch spot, you’ll love the seasonal – and always-on-the-menu – cocktails! If you’re into dessert or dessert-like drinks, the White Chocolate Espresso Martini is a total treat. But there are also plenty of brunch staples, too, like bottomless mimosas, bellinis, and rossinis.
