Treehouse Villas – Your Own WDW Hideaway

Shannon BonadurerBlog

The Treehouse Villas are some of WDW’s most secluded rooms on property.  They’re perfect for big families looking for space, honeymooners looking for privacy, and nature lovers looking to get away from it all!
Disney’s Tree House Villas are one of the original resorts when Disney expanded from Fort Wilderness Campground in the 1980’s.  They are situated close to Disney’s Saratoga Springs (another DVC Resort) and are considered part of that resort.  Which means that guest can enjoy all of the restaurants, pools, and other amenities that Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa offers.
The perfect little hideaway at WDW, you may have never even noticed the 60 Treehouse Villas that make up this property situated in a very remote and wilderness setting.  So if you’re looking for that paradise seclusion in the woods, Disney’s Treehouse Villas are the perfect choice for you vacation.
Have a big family?  These villas are the ONLY all 3 bedroom villas in the DVC properties on site – but cost the same as a 2 bedroom Villa!  The square footage is fairly close to most of the 2 bedroom villas Disney offers, but the floor plan allows everyone to have their own space.

Each of these villas sleep 9 so for larger families this is a fantastic option.  The layout is an octagon shape and offers a Master Room, a Second Bedroom, a Bunk Bed Room and a Sleeper Chair and Sleeper Sofa in the Living room.   Each Villa Has 2 full bathrooms and a large deck for entertaining your family or cooking out with the barbecue grill which is also included.  You will also find a full kitchen and a large dining room area to enjoy a homemade meal with your family.
This DVC property is perfect for that family wanting a larger cabin type feel away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  It is very private and has everything a family could possibly need for that Wilderness getaway.   I suggest you rent a car to get from this resort to the theme parks and Disney Springs as the walk is a bit of a hike.  Remember free parking is included with your vacation package!  This will cut down on transportation times greatly for you and your family.

You can also order groceries and have them delivered to this resort if you are planning to do some or all of your own cooking.  Many families with allergies and dietary restrictions find this particularly useful.
So when you ready to plan your getaway, remember Disney’s Tree House Villas at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resorts and give us a call  at Destinations to Travel – we’d love to help book your next Disney vacation!  It’s like your own WDW hideaway right in the middle of the magic!
