Disney has revealed that Tiana’s Palace will have an opening date of September 7th, 2023 at Disneyland Resort.

We’re almost there! Disneyland revealed earlier this year that a new restaurant themed after The Princess and the Frog would be opening in 2023. Tiana’s Palace will be a new restaurant in New Orleans Square, taking over the spot where French Market Restaurant had previously been. And now, we have an opening date for the restaurant to mark on our calendars!

Tiana’s Palace Opening Date

Disney has shared that Tiana’s Palace will open on September 7th, 2023, at Disneyland Resort! The reimagined quick-service restaurant will be themed to The Princess and the Frog, inspired by the story of Princess Tiana.

The restaurant will be just the latest The Princess and the Frog addition to the park. Last year, Eudora’s Chic Boutique featuring Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets opened in New Orleans Square. And in late 2024, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open for guests to enjoy (both in Disneyland and Disney World).

The opening of Tiana’s Palace will also mark the reopening of the beloved Mint Julep Bar! At Tiana’s Palace, you’ll find a menu inspired by Tiana’s story and the flavors of New Orleans. Disney has shared that they have made an effort to source some of the ingredients directly from the state of Louisiana when possible.
