Disney Cruise Lines is setting sail with an all-new ship, the Disney Treasure, later next year.
Are you ready to set sail on a brand new adventure – and a fresh Disney Cruise Line ship? Disney just revealed more details about when its latest cruise ship, the Disney Treasure, will take to the open seas and begin sailing. And we know we can’t wait to get on board!
We’ve been closely watching all of the construction updates for the Disney Treasure, and progress has been moving quickly throughout 2023. As the Treasure draws closer to completion, we’re learning that it’ll be ready to join the rest of the Disney Cruise Line fleet and pick up Guests soon.
Expect the Disney Treasure’s Maiden Voyage in 2024
According to Disney, the Treasure will embark on its maiden voyage on December 21, 2024. You can expect this incredible ship to then begin welcoming Guests on its usual itinerary – which will include longer Caribbean trips – starting in 2025.
Where will the Disney Treasure sail? This ship, like many others in the Disney Cruise Line fleet, will be based out of Port Canaveral in Florida. It’ll travel throughout the eastern and western Carribbean, offering longer 7-night sailings to destinations along its route.
When Can You Book a Cruise on the Disney Treasure?
Ready to enjoy the adventurous spirit and the awe-inspiring offerings aboard this new ship? Well, you’ll be able to book a sailing quite soon! Bookings for the Disney Treasure will open on September 20, 2023.
