The latest popcorn bucket making a buzz at Walt Disney World isn’t anything like the awkward-to-carry baby Simba or even a van from a Pixar movie everyone forgot about. This new star is a simple…bucket shape.

The design sports the new animated Mickey style that was seen earlier this year on the new AP magnets.

Where To Get the AP Popcorn Bucket

WDW Magazine reporter, Tina Chiu, spotted this new bucket at Magic Kingdom at the popcorn cart closest to City Hall. To purchase the bucket, guests must show their Walt Disney World Annual Pass. This could be on the My Disney Experience app or your physical AP card.

Pick up this cheeky lil guy for $13.00 at popcorn carts at Walt Disney World parks. 

Popcorn Buckets Galore

While the AP popcorn bucket is a bit of a subdued affair, we are eager to add it to our collection of off-the-wall (and sometimes unwieldy) snack receptacles.

Mummy Mickey Popcorn Bucket

Part of the tricks and treats this Halloween season, this Mickey popcorn bucket isn’t just an adorable… it has a cool secret. He glows in the dark!

The bucket can be found at popcorn carts at Disney World and Disneyland Parks, but we’ve had a harder time finding it lately. He pops up sporadically depending on supply. Our best advice is to ask a Cast Member to see if they have any clues on where to find him on the day of your visit.

Skyliner Popcorn Bucket

Early adopters will remember a red version of this bucket that came out when the Skyliner debuted a few years ago. The 50th Anniversary edition shows Mickey and friends riding to the next stop with a big commemorative 50th emblem on the back.

These Skyliner buckets get high scores for ease of use. You can grab one right now at EPCOT and Hollywood Studios!

Figment Popcorn Bucket

The popcorn bucket that broke the internet. Fans lined up around the block last January to score the Figment popcorn bucket. With rainbow popcorn in tow via a discreet hatch in the back, he was indeed the perfect cheerful snack accessory.

50th Anniversary Mickey Mouse

This Mickey bucket is pretty easy to use and matches everything happening right now at Walt Disney World. In his gold and blue suit, the mouse with the most is still available at popcorn carts throughout Walt Disney World parks and Disney Springs.

These 50th Anniversary balloon buckets came in the same iridescent shades as the EARiridescent Sip-a-Bration drink that premiered as one of the most talked about drinks of year. I still see them here and there at popcorn carts, but we can’t say if all of the colors are still available for purchase.
