2022 Crispy Barbecued Pork Rinds Review
- Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds; $4.75

WDW Magazine Reporter, Tina Chiu: “I loved the pimento cheese dip and enjoyed the flavor and crispiness of the pork rinds. I even tried to bring the cheese dip home before it melted all over my Tupperware. Next time I’ll make sure to save enough room to finish it in the parks.”
WDW Magazine Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “These pork rinds were disappointing. I wish they had been tortilla chips with the cheese dip instead. Would have been more enjoyable.”
WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “I snuck a bit of this, even though I’m not allowed to have cheese. That’s how good they are! The pork rinds are the perfect vehicle for the buffalo-style pimento cheese sauce. There is a dusting of spices on each rind, making them a flavorful treat even without the dip. The little bowl of dip is a good portion, too. You’ll likely run out of rinds before you’re finished! This is definitely one to share with the group.”

“One of the freshest selections we tried at the fest! The cilantro-lime crema and salsa were bright, flavorful, and went well with the perfectly cooked pork shoulder. This is a great option for those eating a low-carb diet at the festival this year.”
2022 Bourbon Bloody Mary Review
- Bourbon Bloody Mary; $11.00
- With Seaside Grown Bloody Mary Mix and Labrot & Graham Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey
“I was pretty disappointed in this bloody mary, the bourbon did not pair well at all with the bloody mary mix and it was extremely watered down. I think because it was near the end of the day perhaps the ice had melted a lot before being put in the beverage. The part I really enjoyed was the insanely delicious sweet and salty maple bacon on top.”
