2023 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic Dates Announced

The Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is returning for another year! Dates have been announced for the 2023 event.

While you may know about all the festivals that EPCOT offers, did you know there is another exciting dining experience just a short walk from the park? Each year, Disney’s World Swan and Dolphin Hotels host their own Food & Wine Classic in the fall, where guests can purchase a ticket for an exclusive culinary experience. And now, the dates have been announced for this year’s event.

This year, the 2023 Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic will take place November 10 and November 11, 2023 from 5:30PM to 9PM each day. If the event is a must-do for you, you can secure your spot by preordering tickets here.

Tickets cost $185 per person per night + a $12.59 service fee. Children under the age of 5 will get free entry with an adult, but children 6 and up will be required to have their own ticket.You can also buy additional tickets for seminars, which range in price and time slots.

  • Beverage seminar tickets are $75-$85 per person (excluding tax and service fee)
  • Pasta Making tickets are $110 per person, (excluding tax and service fee)

All seminars require separate tickets, and space is limited

The price of admission to the Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic gets you unlimited tastings from selections at the restaurants of Disney World’s Swan and Dolphin. Along with

Oh, and did we mention bottomless wine, beer, and beverages from around the world? (You’re going to want to book a stay to be safe.)

While menus have not yet been announced for 2023, a few of the selections from 2022 we saw were:

  • Angus Beef Tenderloin: Presented by Shula’s Steak House
  • Maryland Crab Cake Slider: Presented by Garden Grove
  • Shanghai Dumpling: Presented by Chinatown
  • Tuna Poke: Presented by Pig & Poke
  • Hand Crafted Smoked Pork Belly: Presented by Smokin’ D’s BBQ

This year’s event will also feature two additional experiences, The Grand Tasting and a VIP Champagne & Dessert Party. The Grand Tasting will take place November 11, 2023, with a welcome reception from 2PM to 2:45PM, and the Grand Tasting from 2:45PM to 5PM. The event costs $425/per person (plus tax and service fee), and is a Master Sommelier led experience that includes a Champagne reception, 3 flights of “elite wines”, and Chef’s Table menu pairing from Executive Chef Dan Herman. The VIP Champagne & Dessert Party is $150/per person (plus tax and service fee) and will take place at the Swan Reserve from 8:30PM to 10PM on November 11, 2023. At the event, an Executive Pasty Chef will team up with Certified Sommeliers to pair Champagnes and sparkling wines with special desserts. The event will continue at The Vue at the Swan Reserve, which is a 15th-floor ballroom tha tfeatures spectacular views of Disney World. You can purchase tickets for the event here.
