We’ve got new details on what you can expect from the upcoming Summer House on the Lake location coming to Disney Springs.

One of the hidden gems of Disney World for foodies is Disney Springs. The shopping and dining complex is home to some of the best restaurants that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer — all without needing a park ticket! The complex continues to add new spots for guests to enjoy. This winter, Summer House on the Lake will be opening in Disney Springs, and we have new details on exactly what you can expect from the upcoming restaurant.

Summer House on the Lake Coming to Disney Springs

Summer House on the Lake will be opening a new location this winter at Disney Springs, making it the fourth location for the California-inspired restaurant. The new spot will join existing locations in Chicago, North Bethesda, MD, and Las Vegas. When it opens, there are a few very exciting parts of the restaurant to look forward to!

A Cookie Bar

While there are other locations of Summer House on the Lake, this will be the first one to feature a Cookie Bar! Located at the restaurant’s entrance, the Cookie Bar will serve a variety of oversized cookies, bars, and other sweet treats. This will include rotating seasonal flavors, as well as flavors like Sea Salt Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, Oatmeal Scotchie, Apple Oatmeal, and Vegan Snickerdoodle.

Additionally, the bar will offer a selection of coffee, wine, and beer on draft, as well as specialty cocktails. These will all be available to be enjoyed in the restaurant or to-go. Guests can also purchase a bottle of the restaurant’s private-label wine, Summer House Rosé.

Rosé Cart

The restaurant will also have a Rosé Cart that will offer over six varieties of rosé by the glass or bottle. This will include the restaurant’s Summer House Rosé, which was made in partnership with BonAnno Wines.

Cali-Mex Weekend Brunch

Every Saturday and Sunday you can enjoy a West Coast-inspired menu for brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM. The menu will include options including: Mexican Hash Browns; Breakfast Pizza with applewood bacon, a sunny-side-up egg and parmesan cream, and Breakfast Tostadas. You’ll also have menu picks like waffles, salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and more.

California-Inspired Design

It’s summer every day at Summer House on the Lake, with beautiful views of the water. Inside the decor invokes an airy, natural atmosphere with natural light-filled dining rooms and greenery indoors. The space was designed in collaboration with Rockwell Group, who created a blend of indoor and outdoor dining.

The centerpiece of the location is a bright blue “YES” sign in the dining room, symbolizing the team’s commitment to “saying yes” to the guests.
