Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is now accepting reservations for bookings starting October 8th.
Sebastian’s Bistro, Family-Friendly Table-Service
Let’s take a look at the menu for Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort’s newest family-friendly table service restaurant, Sebastian’s Bistro! Alex Dunlap, Food & Beverage Content Relations Coordinator with Disney Parks Blog, gave us a glimpse at this exciting Latin and Caribbean-inspired menu, which features a variety of items such as seafood, steak, salads, burgers, and more.
Check out these delicious appetizers! Pictured are the Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls (served with guava butter, mango chutney, and Jamaican jerk oil), and the Jamaican Meat Pies with Guajillo chili sauce. I love that the Caribbean Pull-Apart Rolls come with both fruity and savory dipping sauces so there is something for everyone to enjoy. I bet that would be a fun appetizer to share!
Now let’s take a peek at some entrées! Pictured here are the Sautéed Shrimp and Tamales with sautéed peppers and salsa verde, and the Crab Cake-topped Burger with lettuce, tomato, and horseradish mayonnaise. Although I’m personally not a fan of shellfish, I love that these seafood options are unique! Other entrées to be excited about are the Skirt Steak “Chimichurri” with crispy yuca, and the Crispy Avocado Bacon Burger with chimichurri and pico de gallo. Anything with avocado on top gets an automatic yes from me – Yum!
Sebastian’s Bistro also has a kid’s menu! On it you’ll find some exciting options such as Whole Grain Penne with zucchini and roasted tomato sauce, Jerk Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp Skewer with Cilantro-Lime Cream, and a Jamaican Meat Pie. There are also kid-friendly sides such as such as sautéed green beans, mac and cheese, pizza biscuits, cauli-fries, and more!
How cool is this? Sebastian’s Bistro also features vegan options! Pictured here are the Island Curry “Eggless” Sandwich served on multigrain bread, and the Plant-Based Bahn Mi Sandwich with cucumbers, pickled vegetables, and Miso-Sriracha mayonnaise. I’m so glad to see that Disney is adding more vegan options to the resort!
Now for the grand finale: Dessert! Pictured here are the Iced Key Lime Pops with sea salt and tropical sauce, and the Banoffee Pie with banana custard and chocolate ganache served in a graham cracker tart with caramel sauce. The perfect way to end your meal!
Don’t forget to pair your meal with a fruity, island-inspired cocktail or mocktail!
I can’t wait to give this new restaurant a try! From the menu to the decor, Sebastian’s Bistro looks inviting and fun! Reservations are now open for bookings starting October 8th and can be made by visiting the Walt Disney World Resort website or by calling (407) WDW-DINE (407 939-3463).
