If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll need to add The Ganachery to your Disney Springs itinerary. Check out our full review of The Ganachery to see why you should include this chocolate lovers’ paradise on your next trip to Disney World.
If, like me, you share Princess Anna’s inclination for stuffing chocolate in your face, then you won’t want to miss The Ganachery during your next tour of Disney Springs.
Nestled in The Landing, The Ganachery is a cozy chocolate shop that features an assortment of melt-in-your-mouth chocolates (including … you guessed it … ganache) in a warm, welcoming, and uniquely engaging atmosphere.
Here’s why you’ll need to add this shop to your must-do list.
Delicious Delights

I come from a long line of chocolate lovers, so I consider myself a bit of a chocolate aficionado—and the delectable selection of chocolates at The Ganachery doesn’t disappoint.
I’ve indulged in quite a few of The Ganachery’s menu items, and I’ve loved everything I’ve tried.
The Ganachery’s chocolatiers seem to have mastered a perfect balance of rich, bold flavors in all of their chocolatey creations.
Plenty of Options

Big enough to share, the s’mores are one of my family’s go-to treats. Photo by Dani Mortiz
Another thing I love about The Ganachery is its option-packed menu. Though the shop is on the small side, it features a menu with plenty of choices.
You can go for a selection of handcrafted ganache squares in classic and innovative flavors (I highly recommend Coffee, Raspberry, and Peanut Butter to name a few), artisan s’mores (giant artisan s’mores), chocolate lollipops, crispy chocolate pearls, and so much more.

My daughter’s favorite menu item is their Minnie Mouse-inspired chocolate lollipops, but my go-to is a variety of gorgeous and decadent chocolate ganache squares that I may or may not finish all too quickly.
Plus, in addition to their standard menu offerings, you’ll find a rotating array of seasonal items—like their 50th Celebration Ganache Box featuring celebration cake and milk chocolate ganache squares or their wintery hot chocolate ganache with Bailey’s (and, yes, it’s as good as it sounds).
An Educational Experience

As if selling some of the best chocolate around wasn’t enough, The Ganachery also features another perk.
Inside the quaint shop, you’ll find an open kitchen where you can actually watch chocolatiers at work. It’s a unique, entertaining, and educational experience that you get to enjoy while waiting to purchase your chocolatey goods.

If you have a soft spot for sweets, then yes. You absolutely must try The Ganachery.
You’ll find price tags are a tad on the expensive side, but I assure you that you’ll be enjoying premium chocolate that’s worth every penny. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you for it (even if your waistline does not).
