2022 Spicy Githeri Review

  • Spicy Githeri; $4.75
    • 🙂 Plant-based
    • White Beans, Pigeon Peas, Ben’s Original Quinoa & Ancient Grains Medley, and Kachumbari Slaw

“I had never tasted githeri before digging into this dish at the African Outpost. It’s advertised as spicy, but was very mild. The quinoa was a bit al dente, which added some good texture. It’s a hearty dish that you can share with a friend, especially on a chillier festival day toward the fall.”
