The 4th of July has come and gone (don’t worry, you can once again see fireworks every night at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT with the return of nighttime spectaculars), but that doesn’t mean the patriotic party must pause. The Edison, an “industrial gothic” restaurant in Disney Springs, is bringing you Americana in a glass all month long with its Red, White, & Bull drink specials.
The Red, White, & Bull cocktail specials include four alcoholic and two non-alcoholic beverage options, all made with (what else?) Red Bull. Because sometimes, for an action-packed day at WDW, you need to mix your uppers and your downers.
We’re bringing you an in-depth review of the food, drinks, and entertainment at The Edison in our September issue. Become a subscriber by August 31 to make sure our September issue reaches your mailbox.

Choose from four delicious cocktails this July while in Disney Springs:
American Classic ($15)

Why fix what isn’t broken? The classic Red Bull and vodka is a tried-and-true favorite; The Edison’s take on this traditional cocktail includes either Red Bull Energy Drink or Red Bull Sugar Free, mixed with Ketel One Vodka, a premium vodka that dates back more than 300 years to Schiedam, Holland.

P(Bull) & J ($16)

Speaking of American classics, there’s no sandwich more American than a classic PB&J. But if you’re feeling more thirsty than hungry, try out The Edison’s P(Bull) & J, a tempting concoction that blends Red Bull Watermelon with Skrewball Whiskey (a peanut butter whiskey with a surprising kick at 35% ABV). The Edison then dresses this drink up with Frangelico, Chambord, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
Everything you love about an upscale PB&J—with no crusts to cut off.
Sweet Land O’ Liberty ($16)

Of this drink, I sing. It takes my favorite bourbon (Bulleit, with a spicy bite that tickles your throat) and cleverly sweetens it with Blueberry Red Bull, plus some fresh blueberries, a little lime juice, and fresh basil.
Red, White, & Bull ($16)

Sharing its name with the month-long promotion at The Edison, this drink is the standout on offer. Sip on this breezy, boozy beverage—a concoction made of Cruzan Rum, raspberry simple syrup, and a truly tropical Red Bull Coconut—while closing your eyes, and you might just find yourself transported to a lounger at Aulani or poolside at Typhoon Lagoon.
Red, White, and Bull Non-Alcoholic Mocktails at The Edison

If I’m rope dropping EPCOT to be first in line for Frozen Ever After or setting my alarm for 7 a.m. to try for my Rise of the Resistance Boarding Group, then I’ll usually pass on the adult beverage for the night. Luckily, The Edison’s Red, White, & Bull drink specials include two non-alcoholic options.
Summertime Lemonade Stand ($8)

I got my fill of apple pie and fireworks on the long Independence Day weekend, but one American staple I’ll never tire of is lemonade. The Edison offers this booze-free mocktail with the classic lemonade, mixed with soda water and Red Bull Blueberry, plus blueberries and lemon as a garnish.

Looking for something more tropical? Try this drink, which blends Red Blue Tropical with lemon and lime juice, plus Orgeat (a sweet, syrupy drink that includes sugar, almonds, and usually rose water or orange flower water).
What to Know Before Grabbing Drinks at The Edison
If you’re planning to try out one or more of these patriotic cocktails this July, keep in mind a couple of things about The Edison:
- After 10 PM, there is a dress code. Men need to wear slacks, jeans, or dress shorts. Absolutely no ball caps, flip-flops, or sleeveless shirts.
- After 10 PM, it’s 21 and over only. If your little ones are itching to try a mocktail, head to The Edison during the day.
- Not all live entertainment has yet to return to The Edison due to COVID-19 restrictions, but things seem to be opening rapidly, so you might be able to enjoy the whole range of entertainment (stilt walkers and table-side magicians!) by the end of July, while the Red, White, & Bull promotion is still running.
