Oh Bother: Winnie-The-Pooh Disneybounds

by | May 6, 2020 | Disney Style, Magic at Home, WDW Blog

Admittedly, I think Winnie-The-Pooh is the cutest Disney character out there.

I have always admired how unfazed he is. All he is really concerned about eating, sleeping, and his friends. What else could you need?

In 2017, I was “friends” with Pooh Bear during my Disney College Program. Because of all of the special memories I made with Winnie that summer, he has a very special place in my heart.

Disneybounding as Pooh Bear is really simple! All you really need is a few colors for a successful Winnie-The-Pooh bound.

  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Black (for his nose)

Pooh wears a red top, and the rest of his body is yellow. When I put together a Disneybound for Pooh no matter what I wear, I aim to wear red on top, and yellow for the bottoms!

I bought these yellow heels a while ago, and I have found a way to incorporate them into a lot of my Disneybounds!

I recommend buying something bold and exciting, especially when you’re browsing the sale section! You never know when you might need a certain color for a Disneybound.

Here is a few Winnie-The-Pooh Disneybounds I found of stylish people on Instagram that are sure to inspire yours for your next trip to The Hundred Acre Wood!

I always like to consult Leslie Kay’s page for Disneybound ideas—she is the Disneybound Queen after all!

Leslie always finds fun and unique garments to put together a Disneybound look-book.

I love how these images always include the perfect details—right down to the last accessory!

How cute is this bee purse? See what I mean about statement pieces? They really help to elevate your look!

Overalls are my favorite. They’re a really easy way to get dressed up without really having to do much.

This Disneybound is double the fun because not only did she include Winnie-The-Pooh, but she also added Piglet.

Disneybounding is even better when you coordinate your outfit with friends. This one is especially cute because they both found overalls to use for their Disneybounds.

Chic Pooh Bear by @slave1millie

I never saw this coming—a runway-ready Winnie-The-Pooh Disneybound.

Normally I am used to seeing cutesy outfits for Pooh bear Disneybounds, which is great, but this one really stood out to me.

The way she styled the outfit was perfect, and having the photo set in the woods was a perfect way to capture the look.

Katie put together the most perfect Winnie-The-Pooh Disneybound look for Dapper Day!

I love a good bow, and she added two to this outfit—one to her hair, and one to her skirt.

Meeting the character that you are Disneybounding as is pretty much a sure way of getting a really special character interaction.

This picture with Pooh is so cute, and it looks like she had such a special time with him.

Classic Winnie-the-Pooh by @andydrewdel

This is so simple and sweet. I like how the shirt Andrew chose is a v-neck, and it looks just like Pooh’s in the photo he paired his picture with!

The yellow hat was also a nice touch—accessorizing is always an easy way to add some extra pixie dust (but in this case, hunny) to your Winnie the Pooh Disneybound.
