Now Open: Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel

After months of anticipation, the Swan Reserve Hotel at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is open for guests.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve is a 14-story hotel adjacent to the Swan and Dolphin Resort. It has 349 guest rooms, including 151 suites, as well as 15,000 square feet of meeting space. Plus, it has access to all the awesome amenities at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort.

Tropically Themed

Both inside and out, the Swan Reserve Hotel will make you feel like you’re in the heart of the tropics. The décor is designed to blur the edges between inside and outside and features lush greenery, tropical murals, and orange trees.

You can even get a signature tangerine popsicle at the poolside eatery, aptly named Tangerine.

Centrally Located

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel is within walking distance of two Disney Parks: EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s also a short trip from Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and transportation to those parks and to Disney Springs is complimentary.

Restaurants for All Occasions

The signature restaurant at the Swan Reserve is Amare, which serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine paired to a selection of fine wines. The hotel also has a poolside bar, to-go coffee shop, and cocktail lounge.

A Plethora of Amenities

Guests at the Swan Reserve can utilize the many amenities at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort. These include the Mandara Spa, six pools, 22 restaurants and lounges, and even preferred tee times on Disney championship golf courses.

Space for Events

The Swan Reserve Hotel has a whopping 15,000 square feet of meeting space, including two ballrooms and 12 meeting rooms. 

There’s also 13,000 square feet of outdoor event space, making it the perfect location for a wedding or other special event.

Early Access to Parks

The Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin Resort is officially operated by Marriott International, but guests still get to enjoy the perks of staying on Disney Property. The biggest perk is the ability for guests of the Swan Reserve to enter any Disney Park 30 minutes before official opening time.
