The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Reserve offer a wide array of oft-undiscovered restaurants, but we’ll get four new Swan Reserve restaurants when the new tower opens.
A trip to Walt Disney World Resort is hungry work. After a long day exploring the parks, it’s a good idea to have a plan for dinner so you can look forward to stuffing your face to recover from all the excitement.
If you’re staying at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Reserve, you’ll have your choice between 18 delicious restaurants and over 1,400 wine selections, as well as certified wine sommeliers to help you pick the perfect vino. And once the Swan Reserve tower opens, you’ll have four new restaurants to try out, for a grand total of 22 dining establishments.
Attack Your Appetite at Amare
The signature restaurant at Swan Reserve will be Amare, which will serve up delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes featuring seafood, pasta, olive oil, citrus, and pita. “Amare” means “to love,” and there’s no doubt you’re gonna love this food.
Need a drink to unwind after a full day of adventuring? Amare will also offer wine flights designed to perfectly complement the tasty dishes you choose.
Amare will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Here are some of the restaurant’s signature dishes for each meal:
- Breakfast: Choose from a classic breakfast buffet, breakfast bowls, and fancy versions of your favorite breakfast dishes.
- Lunch: Opt for a light lunch like a salad or flatbread, or choose something a little heartier like mahi-mahi with lemon, Tuscan kale, and Spanish caper emulsion.
- Dinner: Chase away hunger with choices like sea bass al cartoccio and handmade manti dumpling filled with bahrat spiced lamb, cauliflower, roasted eggplant, tomato, and yogurt sauce. Appetizers included hearth-fired Tiger Prawns and charred octopus (in case you didn’t get enough charred octopus in your michelada at Be Our Guest).
- Dessert: When you’re on vacation, you can’t say no to dessert. Choose from baklava, Greek yogurt cheesecake, and Meyer lemon panna cotta.

Tantalize Your Taste Buds at Tangerine
Looking for a more casual option for dinner? Tangerine will be located next to the pool at the Swan Reserve, making it the perfect location for a low-key meal while you take a dip.
The menu includes burgers, sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads. There’s also a signature tangerine popsicle (because what other flavor would it be?).
Get Going at Grounds
Grounds is the perfect place if you just want to grab a coffee or snack on the way out for the day. The menu will feature craft coffee, pastries, and sandwiches, all available to go.
Whether you’re heading out for a full day of fun at the parks or to a conference or work meeting, Grounds will be ideal for grabbing a quick bite or drink without waiting around.
Snack or Sip at Stir
Stir will be located in the lobby and offer cocktails and snacks. Light food options include Chef’s selection of handcrafted salamis of Spain & Italy and a Soppressata, red onion, torn mozzarella, San Marzano flatbread.
It will also feature citrus-inspired cocktails, entrées, and desserts, the perfect homage to Walt Disney World Resort’s home state.
If your upcoming trip to WDW doesn’t include a stay at the new Swan Reserve, it’s time to change that. The new Swan Reserve restaurants will offer the perfect blend of casual cuisine and fine dining, making them ideal for just about anyone making a trip to the parks.
