You can wake up with gentle movement and get a chance to experience the magic of Disneyland Park before it opens with a new Sunrise Yoga class offered through Tenaya Stone Spa. Join this class, and you’ll be able to enjoy a yoga practice that’s suitable for all skill levels in a special location inside the theme park. You could take part in a class hosted at the Space Mountain concourse in Tomorrowland, for example, starting your day with a bit of Disney magic as the sun rises.

This new Sunrise Yoga experience includes a fitness towel, light snacks, a bottle of water, and a Disney PhotoPass digital photo download. Plus, you’ll be provided with a yoga mat to use during the class.

Try Yoga in Disney California Adventure Park

You can also enjoy a yoga class inside Disney California Adventure Park, if you’d prefer! Tenaya Stone Spa is now offering intimate yoga classes held in Redwood Creek or other areas of California Adventure, depending on the park’s schedule for the day. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with nature and practice a rejuvenating, meditative yoga practice featuring a blend of sounds and images you’ll certainly remember.

This special yoga class is designed for all experience and skill levels, and it incorporates various yoga flows meant to engage body and mind. Yoga mats will be provided for use during the session.

In addition to the two new in-park yoga classes mentioned above, Tenaya Stone Spa is also expanding its menu of spa offerings. Take a look at some of the newest additions that you can book onsite at the Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Citrus Groves Face and Body Treatment

This uplifting face and body treatment is inspired by Anaheim’s famed orange groves. It starts with full body exfoliation, which uses a citrus-infused sea salt scrub, followed by a luxurious tangerine peel, orange, and lemon peel infused body mask. The end result is brightened, balanced, and hydrated skin, with the perks of an added antioxidant-rich facial moisturizer. The treatment is finished with an emollient body milk that’s scented with grapefruit and lime for a silky smooth touch that’s also wonderfully citrus-infused.

The Ultimate Scalp and Foot Massage

Tackle two sources of tension with this dual massage! Two therapists will work simultaneously to massage your scalp and feet, allowing you to relax from head to toe in the process. You can opt for a standalone service, or choose this massage as an add-on to any other 50- or 80-minute service.

California Artisanal Poultice Massage

Melt away all of the tension that’s accumulated in your muscles with this deep and relaxing massage therapy. A therapist will combine pressure and heat from steamed compresses, plus the fragrance of wild herbs local to California and North America, to alleviate anything that’s bothering you. The aromatherapy benefits as you smell the fragrant herbs are an added bonus!

HydraFacial

Cleanse, exfoliate, and improve skin using lymphatic therapy with this soothing facial. It includes LED light therapy, which helps to stimulate collagen and elastin production to tighten skin and increase the absorption of skincare products.
