Disney’s Mobile Order service will soon be available at select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels!
If you’re not taking advantage of Mobile Order on the My Disney Experience app, you’re missing out! It’s a huge time saver and super easy to use.
This option is currently available at over 20 quick-service locations throughout the four theme parks as well as Disney Springs. Over the next few months, the service will expand to include select Walt Disney World Resort Hotels.
Guests can already enjoy this service at Centertown Market and Spyglass Grill at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. The service will soon expand to include Everything POP Shopping & Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, The Mara at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Contempo Café at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
How to Use Mobile Order
Using this service is so simple! I’m surprised it still seems to be an otherwise unknown feature of the My Disney Experience app. I use it every single time I visit popular quick-service restaurants like Satu’li Canteen and Casey’s Corner. It saves me so much time!
Here’s how to use it:
Look for the Mobile Order icon when browsing the dining options.
Click Order Food to start building your order.
Select as many items as you want!
You can even customize your order! Choose which ingredients you’d like to include and which you’d like to omit. Click Add once you’re done customizing to add your meal to your shopping bag.
Once you’re done click View My Order. An order summary will appear on the screen. If your order is correct, click Review Order Summary. If you need to make changes, click Modify Order.
Next you’ll review your payment options. If you have a credit card already linked to your My Disney Experience account, that will be your default payment. You can also use your Disney Dining Plan credits if you’d like. Once you’re done, click Purchase.
When you’re ready to pick up your meal, click I’m Here, Prepare My Order. This will let the chefs know when to start preparing your meal so it’s fresh when you arrive.
When your meal is ready, the app will notify you which Mobile Order window to pick your order up from. Make sure to have your app open on your phone when picking up your food so the Cast Member can verify your order number.
That’s it! You’re done! Super easy!
There is a separate line for guests who use this feature so there’s no need to wait in the regular ordering queue. It really is like a Fastpass for your lunch!
