Moana Meet and Greet Debuts at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

A Moana meet and greet is now available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! The popular character is now greeting guests at select times throughout the day at Discovery Island.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom celebrated a major milestone this week with its 25th anniversary! Along with new merchandise and a fun celebration at the park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom also welcomed a new character to greet guests over on Discovery Island.

Moana Meet and Greet

Guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom can now meet Moana throughout the day at Discovery Island. The previously announced character meet and greet made its debut on April 22nd, The character is available to meet most days at 9:15 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM, 2:10 PM, and 3:05 PM. However, you can always check on the My Disney Experience app for available hours on the day of your visit.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom 25th Anniversary Celebration

Along with the addition of the new meet and greet, Disney’s Animal Kingdom also marked its anniversary with a fun show in front of the Treet of Life, celebrating the characters and stories that have made the park come to lif over the quarter of a century its been open.
