WDW Magazine really has an incredible team that comes together each month to put our magazine together. These are some of the biggest WDW lovers in the world and really good people. We are incredibly proud to be associated with all these great people.

CARL TRENT, Publisher + Columnist

Hi. My name is Carl Trent. I love Walt Disney World. I love it so much, I quit my job as an Air Traffic Controller to spend all my time thinking about, talking about and writing about the Most Magical Place on Earth. In 2008 I started a website called Dad’s Guide to WDW. In 2013 I founded WDW Magazine. I publish yearly Walt Disney World calendars, created The Best of WDW – Volume 1, and started the WDW Discount Club. I’m living the dream…

STEPHANIE SHUSTER, Editor-In-Chief + Columnist

I’m a life-long Disney devotee, living in Hamilton, Canada and dreaming of WDW every day. For me, Disney is more than a vacation destination – it’s my home away from home, a place to create treasured memories, and a lifestyle. As the Director of Operations for WDW Magazine, Dad’s Guide to WDW, WDW Discount Club, and The Best of WDW, I have the best job in the world – sharing Disney love, all day every day! I’m also a co-founder at It’s A FanGirl World!

DANNY SHUSTER, Lead Designer + Columnist

Danny Shuster is a graphic designer living in Hamilton, Ontario. Technology, travel & food are his passions, and he loves exploring them alongside his wife in the world of yesterday, tomorrow, and fantasy at WDW.

Chelsea is a teacher, writer, editor and a fan of all kinds of magic- especially Disney magic! She stays busy raising her two charming princes and dreaming up new stories and adventures.

LEAH HEINRICH, Proofreader

Wife & mama of two little cuties, who found Dad’s Guide to Disney & WDW Magazine while planning our first trip to Walt Disney World. When not at my day job, I’m dreaming of our next trip “home” (who am I kidding, I dream about it at my day job too!).

Stefanie Patton is Carl’s daughter and has worked with him on Dad’s Guide to WDW, WDW Magazine, and numerous other projects since day 1. She is always dreaming of WDW and loves to share her experience with others!

In addition to writing for WDW Magazine, Jessi works at Destinations to Travel as a travel agent specializing in Disney Destinations and as an Executive Assistant for the Gun Lake Tribe. She is also Mom to son Gavin and rescue kitty Monkey. Jessi is a graduate of The Disney College of Knowledge and a former Cast Member. No WDW vacation is complete without riding Haunted Mansion as many times as possible, playing Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom and Starbucks on Main Street.

Karyn Locke, a travel and lifestyle writer from Ohio, has a passion for all things Disney and a hankering for Dole Whip Floats at least three times a week. Creator and Lead Writer for Sand and Snow…and everywhere in between!, she’s happy to give Disney tips to anyone that asks and is pleased as punch that her family shares her love of the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Kimberly has been a fan of Walt Disney World since her first trip at 4 years old. She was fortunate enough to participate in the Walt Disney World College Program and made some amazing friends and memories. If you visited Disney MGM Studios in Spring 1997, you may have seen her giving tours at Backstage Pass to 101 Dalmatians. Kim is working on the “next great novel” at home with her family and hopes to be a show writer for Walt Disney Imagineering.

Brian married a Disney-loving princess and quickly became an addict himself. When it comes to Disney vacation planning he is borderline obsessive and loves the intricate details of crafting the perfect experience. When not living in a fairy-tale world, Brian resides with his family near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He also thinks Willie the Whale is a vastly underrated opera singer and is still hoping for a comeback.

Terri Miller is creator, owner and a writer for WDW Hints. Terri enjoys all things Disney, especially researching tips, tricks and little known things about the Disney parks (and then sharing them with you!)

Nicholas fell in love with Disney as a kid and since then hasn’t requested a break, needed time apart or suggested they see other people. He has, over the years, worked as an award-winning Australian top-40 radio announcer, a commissioned screenwriter and, for six hours, in a nightclub as the World’s Worst Bartender (after which he was promptly, and justifiably, sacked). He has since written freelance for magazines such as Drift, and companies such as booking.com and Southern Cross Austereo.

If Melissa were a Disney character, she’d be Belle, the book-loving, dreamy-eyed optimist. As a mom of four, Melissa knows that for most of us, bargain hunting must always go hand in hand with magical memories, and she’s always delighted to share a Disney tip (and a cup of limeade) with a friend. In addition to her insatiable love for Disney, Melissa also enjoys writing, paddle boarding, and throwing impromptu family dance parties.

Dave writes yourfirstvisit.net and is the co-author of The easy Guide to Your Walt Disney World Visit. He’s visited Disney World more than 75 times, and stayed in more than 150 Disney-owned rooms, suites, villas, studios, cabins and campsites.

I’m a graphic designer living in Oklahoma City, but always wishing I was in Disney! I love to travel and hope to one day visit all the Disney parks. I design for WDW Magazine and Dad’s Guide to WDW, and I write a column each month for the magazine.

Hi! I’m Cliff, a Disney fanatic at heart. My Disney addiction started early when my family would take yearly trips on summer vacation. Although I’m a New Jersey native, I make it a priority to visit the parks as often as I can throughout the year. Even though most of my trips are spent with me behind the viewfinder, I enjoy capturing the memories and magic. Who woulda thought that Disney and Photography is such a match made in heaven!
