A new clothing collection by Melody Ehsani is celebrating Disney and International Friendship Day with ‘80s-inspired designs.

‘80s babies, you’re going to love the latest Disney collab! The all-new ME. | Disney Mickey & Friends Collection, which launches on July 30, 2023, features an array of items that celebrate Mickey Mouse and other classic characters with plenty of nostalgia. What’s in store? Find out below!

All About ME. | Disney Mickey & Friends

The ME. | Disney Mickey & Friends Collection is a joint project between a well-known designer and Disney itself. Created by Los Angeles-based designer Melody Ehsani, this collection features pieces that are nods both to the friendships between Mickey & Friends and iconic Disney bed sheets from the 1980s. 

In fact, when you take a look at some of the clothing below, you’ll likely recognize some of the styling from the sheets you had as a kid, if you grew up in the ‘80s! With bold primary colors and a mix of different patterns, these pieces are as retro and nostalgic as they are fun.

Featuring 10 mostly-unisex items, the ME. | Disney Mickey & Friends Collection will include pieces like a bucket hat, leisure shirt, and matching pant set. There’s a very ‘80s-inspired nylon jacket emblazoned with Mickey and Minnie, plus shorts, a bralette, and even a baseball tee. Mickey, Minnie, and the whole crew appear on the various clothing items, with each image inspired by the themes of best friendship, nostalgia, and Minnie Mouse’s own style.
