Now boarding! Maria & Enzo’s brunch menu at Disney Springs is now flying taste buds to Sicily during the midmorning hours.
From 10 AM to 1:30 PM on Sundays, guests can cap off their weekend with a brunch that incorporates southern Italian cuisine flavors.
I love something sweet, so I’ve got my eye on the decadent Nutella Stuffed French Toast. Brioche bread stuffed with Nutella? That alone is enough to motivate me on a lazy Sunday, but their savory choices are just as appealing.
Maria & Enzo’s Brunch Menu Highlights:
Nutella Stuffed French Toast: Brioche bread stuffed with Nutella, topped with warm berries and mascarpone whipped cream ($17).
Spaghetti Alla Corbonara: Thick cut spaghetti, parmesan cream sauce, crispy prosciutto, soft poached hen egg ($22).
Frittata Rustica: Classic Italian style omelet, roasted mushrooms, roasted cherry tomatoes, broccolini, cipolline onions, ricotta cheese, fior di latte mozzarella, toasted schiacciata bread ($17).
Chicken Parmesan Panino: Lightly breaded chicken, romaine lettuce, Roma tomato, roasted garlic aioli, fontina, smoked Italian bacon marmalade, served on toasted brioche with rosemary parmesan fingerling potatoes ($18, add a fried hen egg for an extra $3).
Braised Beef Short Rib Ragu: Smoked pancetta, cipolline onions, roasted tomato, spicy Italian sausage ragù, soft poached hen egg, pecorino romano cheese ($24).
Italian Breakfast Board: Soft parmesan cheese scrambled eggs, sweet Italian sausage, prosciutto di parma, fior di latte mozzarella caprese, rosemary parmesan fingerling potatoes, toasted schiacciata bread ($24).

Maria & Enzo’s Brunch Menu Includes Three New Bloody Marys
While the food sounds like a great midmorning treat, it’s the farm-to-table drinks that are really going to take off. Maria & Enzo’s was looking to create something totally unique for their brunch drink selection.

“Our Garden to Glass options use fresh ingredients and garnishes that Maria & Enzo would have grown in their own backyards, bringing together the restaurant’s origins and our guests’ appetite for a beverage lineup at Disney Springs that stems from the similar and coveted farm-to-table concept,” said Patina Restaurant Group Marketing Director, Kyle Collins.
The “Garden to Glass” menu has three unique Bloody Marys to choose from as well as a flight to sample all three.
- Smoke & Mirrors: Casamigos mescal tequila, amaro nonino with a smokedsalt rim & parmigiano reggiano ($14).
- Sofia Peccante : Absolut pepper vodka, grappa chardonnay, balsamic glaze with a salt & pepper rim and candied bacon ($12).
- Verde Gardner: Tito’s vodka, house-made pesto and Florida sundried tomatoes with a Parmigiano rim, basil and prosciutto ($11).
- Bloody Mary Flight: Sample all three (5 oz pour) of the above ($19).
