Magic Keys Will Go On Sale Again for Disneyland Resort

If you’ve been waiting to purchase a Magic Key pass, sales for the Imagine Key and new Explore Key will go on sale beginning January 13, 2026

Disneyland Resort’s Magic Key program often pauses sales due to the park passes’ popularity, but if you’ve been longing for the opportunity to become a Magic Key holder, they’re about to finally go back on sale to the general public. Disney has announced that sales of new Imagine Key and Explore Key passes will open again on January, 2026, starting no earlier than 9:00 AM Pacific time.

You won’t want to wait, as Magic Keys tend to sell out fast! Here’s how to take advantage of these recently resumed sales and get one of these new passes for yourself.

How to Purchase a Magic Key

Head to the Disneyland website to purchase your Magic Key. You’ll need to join a virtual queue, which will give you an estimated wait time. Keep this window open! When it’s your turn to purchase, you’ll be notified here.

Once it’s your turn to enter the site, you’ll have 10 minutes to buy your Magic Key. Make sure you know which option you want beforehand to speed up the process!

It’s important to note that Magic Key pass availability is limited, and simply securing a place in the virtual queue doesn’t mean you’ll necessarily be able to purchase a Magic Key (or the exact Magic Key you’d been hoping for).

Please note that, due to high demand, Magic Key pass availability is limited and being in the queue does not guarantee the ability to purchase any Magic Key pass.

Which Magic Keys Are Available?

Currently the Inspire and Believe Keys are both available for purchase. The Explore Key, as well as the Inspire Key, will both go on sale beginning January 13, 2026.

As of December 2025, the four Magic Key options are priced at:

Inspire: $1,899
Believe: $1,474
Explore: $999
Imagine: $599

Current Enchant Key holders will not be able to renew with an Enchant Key again, and will instead have to choose the comparable Explore Key or another option.
