WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “It’s sushi, but in a circle-the-wagons kind of way. This is about as large as a 6-piece roll, and the toppings are generous. I really love the wasabi aioli and eel sauce included in the middle of the roll. That makes the donut pieces fun to dip!”
Sake

WDW Magazine Editorial Director, Rain Blanken: “Sake is traditionally served in little square wooden cups, and the regulars at sake bars will have their cups along the wall waiting for them next time. This is the same idea, but they’ll write your name on your cup and send you on your way. The sake was tasty, but clearly the cool thing here is the authentic souvenir!”
