“I stop by the Ireland booth whenever possible to grab this treat. The cake itself is warm, moist, and full of decadent chocolate filling. Pair that with the bite of the liqueur custard… it’s just perfect for chocolate lovers. This one is rich, so grab the Guinness Bailey’s Shake to wash it down.”
2022 Roasted Irish Sausage Review

“A surprisingly delightful dish! the herby flavor of the juicy sausage packed a lot more flavor than expected and the colcannon potatoes are the perfect vessel to make sure you don’t miss any savory gravy!”
2022 Seafood Pie Review

“Here’s what you need to know about this pie: The whipped potatoes on top don’t have a lot of flavor … I’m convinced that the way you need to eat this is to mix the potatoes in with bites from deep in the pie to distribute the strong saucy flavor from the bottom of the pie. There were great chunks of scallops and shrimp in here, so mix it all together and you’ve got a hearty treat for one.”
2022 Guinness Baileys Coffee Shake Review

“This shake had the perfect creaminess and foaminess that I look for in a milkshake. The Baileys and Guinness can be found on your palate but didn’t leave that not-so-fun bite in your mouth that one often experiences with Irish Coffees. 10/10 would order again!”
