Figment, the adorable purple dragon, is back again as the mascot of the 2022 EPCOT Festival of the Arts. While he’s usually on a lot of the merchandise, this year there is a Figment Premium Popcorn Bucket too.
The problem? Everybody wants it, meaning you’ll have to battle long lines, high prices, and limited product to get your hands on one.
NOTE: After nearly a month of being SOLD OLD, the Figment popcorn buckets are back in stock. Instead of lines, however, Disney has implemented a mobile order system to get the bucket.

How Much Does the Figment Popcorn Bucket Cost?

The Figment popcorn bucket costs $25 and comes with prepackaged rainbow popcorn!
Popcorn by itself costs $5.50, but when you have a refillable popcorn bucket, it only costs $2.25 for a refill. (This reflects the recent price increase noted across Disney Property.) That means you’ll save $3.25 each time you get a refill. With the Figment bucket costing $25, you can get your money’s worth on popcorn in just nine refills.
But chances are you’re after this popcorn bucket because it’s adorable and you want to keep it on display at home. Plus, give it a few years, and you can probably sell your Figment bucket for a nice little profit. Already, these are selling on eBay for hundreds of dollars.

Tips for Getting a Figment Bucket

Today is the first day of the 2022 Festival of the Arts, and lines for the Pop Eats booth reached 8 hours! And you can bet that was because people wanted to get their hands on this new exclusive Figment merch.

So how can you get your popcorn bucket? Here are a few tips:
- Stay at a Disney Resort so you can get into EPCOT 30 minutes early.
- Forget Frozen Ever After. Make the Pop Eats booth your rope-drop destination.
- Take turns waiting in line with friends or family. Send a few to ride Test Track, then swap out so others can hit up Remy or grab a margarita.

I was able to get a bucket because my friends were resort guests and went straight to the booth when EPCOT opened to them at 9:30 AM. Even so, they ended up waiting an hour for Figment!
The Figment bucket is bigger and cuter than I expected. I like that the popcorn is prepackaged so your bucket doesn’t get greasy.
If you’re a Figment fan and don’t mind the long wait time, definitely get your hands on this bucket.
