Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Prices 2023

by | Aug 1, 2023 | Hong Kong Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland Park, International Parks

Planning a trip to this international Disney destination? We’ve got all the details on Hong Kong Disneyland ticket prices for 2023, including resort offers.

If you’re ready to plan a trip to Hong Kong Disneyland, the first detail you’ll need to nail down is the cost – more specifically, the cost of theme park tickets. With different ticket types, purchase options, and even packages, the price of spending a day (or a few days) at Disneyland Park in Hong Kong can vary, depending on a number of factors.

So, what are Hong Kong Disneyland ticket prices right now? For 2023, Disneyland Park ticket prices start at HK$638 ($81.94 USD) per person and max out at HK$759 ($97.32 USD).

These base Hong Kong Disneyland ticket prices for 2023 are for adults, or Guests ages 12 and up. Children between ages 3 to 11 and seniors (age 65 and up) see slightly lower ticket prices, and children under age 3 don’t need a ticket. However, it’s important to note that ticket prices do depend on whether you’re visiting in a peak or non-peak season. And if you’re adding tickets to a hotel stay, the prices can change.

Important: Just because you purchase a ticket for Disneyland Park in Hong Kong doesn’t mean you can get into the park when you’re planning to visit. As Disney continues to monitor and limit capacity, you must have an approved park reservation. When you’re purchasing tickets, make sure to check the ticket calendar to see which dates tickets and reservations are available for – and if the theme park will be open.

Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Price Increases

We express ticket prices for Hong Kong Disneyland as a range ($81.94 to $97.32 USD) because the cost of an individual ticket can fluctuate by day and by season. While Disney advertises that tickets start at HK$638, many days start higher.

Keep in mind that prices can increase or change throughout the year, too, with Disney unveiling ticket price hikes regularly. In the fall of both 2021 and 2022, Hong Kong Disneyland saw the introduction of new ticket types and price increases across the board. Planning and purchasing your tickets in advance can help you avoid any unexpected price increases that may occur before your trip.

How Far in Advance Can You Buy Hong Kong Disneyland Tickets?

The Hong Kong theme park operates a bit differently than other Disney parks around the world. Here, Disneyland does have a more restricted schedule at times – for example, during slower months of the year, the park will close on Wednesdays. So, it’s always a good idea to buy your tickets early, just in case you need to adjust your plans based on the park’s operating schedule.

You can purchase tickets for Disneyland Park in Hong Kong up to 90 days in advance

Throughout the year, increasingly more dates into the future open up. For example, if you’re looking to purchase tickets for April but are trying to buy in January, you’ll simply need to wait until February to see April tickets become available for purchase.

Remember, you will need to book a park reservation after purchasing your tickets. Want to check theme park availability before buying your tickets for Hong Kong Disneyland? You can check out the calendar to see expected crowd levels and ticket prices.

2023 Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Prices Breakdown

Purchasing tickets for Hong Kong Disneyland is pretty straightforward, both in pricing and in process. Ticket prices for a standard one-day ticket start at HK$638 ($81.94 USD) per person and max out at HK$759 ($97.32 USD). Prices do fluctuate depending on the day of the week and the season.

Disneyland Park tickets are priced based on demand, which means tickets for different dates throughout the year do vary. There are three tiers, or ticket types, available:

  • Regular Days tickets, which cost HK$639 ($81.94 USD)
  • Peak Days tickets, which cost HK$699 ($89.68 USD)
  • Peak Plus Days tickets, which cost HK$759 ($97.38 USD)

As you can see above, Regular Days tickets are the cheapest option, and you can expect these dates to also be the least crowded. The higher the tier, the higher the price – and the higher you can expect crowd levels inside the park to be.

Typically, Peak and Peak Plus Days are weekend dates. As the most in-demand dates, Peak Plus Days tend to be both weekends and peak seasons of the year, such as the months of July and August.

Ticket Packages

Hong Kong Disneyland does offer special discounted ticket packages at times. For 2023, the Hong Kong Disneyland “2-Day Fun” Special Package is available, offering Guests a 2-day ticket plus the following perks:

  • Two HK$10 merchandise discount vouchers
  • One Buy-1-Get-1-Free Popcorn Scoop voucher
  • One HK$15 combo discount voucher, valid after 4:30pm

The “2-Day Fun” Special Package is specifically designed for tourists who are planning a multi-day visit to Disneyland Park – and it’s cheaper than purchasing a regular 2-Day ticket two two 1-Day tickets at HK$789 ($101.22 USD).

Make sure to look for special ticket offers and packages like this when you’re planning your next trip to Hong Kong Disneyland. These packages can allow you to save significantly on the cost of your theme park tickets for Guests of any age!

Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Add-Ons

In addition to ticket packages, Disney also offers the option to add extras onto your Hong Kong Disneyland tickets in the form of Meal Vouchers. Meal Vouchers are money-saving meal coupons that can save you up to HK$75 ($9.62 USD) on food costs.

You can choose from the two following Meal Voucher options:

  • 3-in-1 Park Meal Voucher: HK$270 ($34.64 USD) per person, which includes lunch, snack, and dinner
  • 2-in-1 Park Meal Voucher: HK$165 ($21.17 USD) per person, which includes lunch or dinner plus a snack

Depending on how you plan to approach meals while you’re visiting Disneyland Park, these add-ons may deliver some additional value to your experience. They certainly make it easy to grab food without worrying about your budget for the day, as the cost of a meal and snack (or multiple meals) is already bundled into the purchase price of your theme park ticket.
