The Passion Fruit Cheesecake is one of the lighter desserts at the fest, so if you want a chilly treat that isn’t too sweet, this is a top pick. It goes well with the Kalua Pork Sliders: One of our favorite meat dishes of the Food and Wine Festival!

“This is the best of the booth as far as I’m concerned. The pork is tender and juicy. The savory taste pairs well with the pineapple. And that spicy mayo? It’s the bee’s knees.”

“This isn’t called ‘Spam Sushi’ on the menu, but that might be your first thought upon receiving this plate. And our group was happy about it! The rice was seasoned well and the Spam added a salty, meaty taste. I suggest taking bites with the side of seaweed salad for even more seaside flavor. This snack will have you yelling, ‘I do like Spam!'”
