Disney Parks fans, you’re going to love the attraction-inspired spaces onboard the Disney Destiny themed after these two classics.
The Disney Destiny will set sail in 2025, and when it does, Disney Parks will have plenty of presence onboard! Disney has just revealed that two exciting and immersive spaces will open on the ship – and both will be themed after beloved Disney attractions.
Find out what’s in store below.
Cask and Cannon Will Be New Pirates-Themed Watering Hole
Take “drink up, me hearties, yo ho” to heart while sailing on the Disney Destiny! The all-new Cask and Cannon will be a bar themed after one of Disney’s most beloved attractions: Pirates of the Caribbean.
Inside Cask and Cannon, guests can enjoy evenings of revelry and plenty of rum. The setting will be inspired by the iconic characters and scenes you know from the Disney Parks attractions around the world (so expect touches from Disneyland, Disney World, and even international versions of the ride to appear!)
This Pirates-themed spot will be a bit eclectic, but it’ll also be decked out with plenty of treasures “acquired” – or, to put it properly, pilfered and pillaged – during the pirates’ voyages around the world.
Don’t miss the chance to sip specialty and vintage rums, a selection of bootlegged brews, and more developed just for Cask and Cannon on the Disney Destiny. Some will even be served straight from the barrel so you can feel like a true pirate yourself!
A Second Haunted Mansion Parlor is Planned for the Destiny
We’ve already shared the thrilling, spine-tingling news about the immersive Haunted Mansion Parlor coming to the Disney Treasure in 2024. But Haunted Mansion fans have more to get excited about: The Disney Destiny will also feature a Haunted Mansion Parlor onboard.
Foolish mortals can join the spirits to sip on craft cocktails inside the Haunted Mansion Parlor and find an exclusive selection of haunted homewares and spooky souvenirs. Featuring exclusive touches and twists – and a storyline that’s just for Disney Cruise Line – it’s a change to experience a beloved attraction in entirely new ways.
Legendary happy haunts from Haunted Mansion attractions in Disney Parks around the world will materialize inside the Disney Destiny’s Haunted Mansion Parlor. Plus, keep your eyes peeled for some new seafaring arrivals (and listen closely, because a custom musical arrangement will also help set the spooky stage!)
Find More Exciting Bars and Lounges Onboard the Disney Destiny
Of course, Cask and Cannon and the Haunted Mansion Parlor aren’t the only two immersive spaces coming to Disney’s newest cruise ship. There will be plenty more to explore onboard, from a one-of-a-kind dinner show inspired by The Lion King to a lavish piano lounge inspired by Cruella de Vil. You can learn more about all of the dining destinations on the ship here.
