Disney has not yet released the menu for its 2022 Lunar New Year celebration, but we do know that the beloved Sip and Savor Pass is coming back.

In total, the Lunar New Year event will have four marketplaces with delicious Asian food on offer. But that’s not all: You’ll also be able to find special Lunar New Year snacks on various menus at restaurants throughout the park.

What to Do at the 2022 Disneyland Lunar New Year Celebration?

Keep your eyes peeled while visiting Disney California Adventure during the Lunar New Year celebration in 2022. Your favorite Disney characters will be roaming the ground.

First and foremost, as it’s the Year of the Tiger, Tigger will be hopping about during the festival. Other characters to wave hello to include Mulan and Mushu, the Three Little Pigs, and Mickey and Minnie.

New this year, Raya from Raya and the Last Dragon will be making her debut appearance at Disneyland. And even more exciting: She’ll appear in a setting inspired by Kumandra, her native land. Head to the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail to spot her.

A hallmark of the Lunar New Year at Disneyland Resort is “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession,” which returns this year. This parade is colorful and full of beautiful music. And if your ears are itching for more, head to Paradise Garden Bandstand for more live music.
