The next time you’re visiting Disneyland Resort, there’s a new restaurant you won’t want to miss! Great Maple Modern American Eatery officially opened at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel on November 15, 2023 – and you can head there to try everything from brunch staples to stacked sandwiches and burgers to super satisfying main dishes.

Featuring a menu filled with innovative takes on classic comfort foods, Great Maple will offer a wide selection of options for diners of every age. You’ll find breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily, with options that cover every taste like Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts. Located on the ground floor of what is still currently Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, this new restaurant replaces the former PCH Grill, the staple dining destination at the hotel prior to July 2021.

Great Maple is yet another fresh addition to the hotel, which is currently undergoing a reimagining. Come January 2024, Paradise Pier Hotel will transform into Pixar Place Hotel, complete with theming inspired by Pixar’s beloved stories and characters.
