Disney Cruise Line’s brand-new ship just revealed which characters will adorn its stern.
We’ve got more details about the latest addition to the Disney Cruise Line: The Disney Treasure just revealed which classic characters will adorn the ship’s stern when it sets sail.
The Disney Cruise Line team released an artist rendering of the Treasure’s stern, featuring the two signature Disney character sculptures that this ship will carry. To honor the Treasure’s adventure motif, Peter Pan and Captain Hook will be visible right at the stern!
Peter Pan will levitate next to the Disney Treasure – using Tinker Bell’s pixie dust, of course – with a bucket of paint as he adds the finishing touches to the ship’s swirling gold logo. Captain Hook won’t be far away. You’ll be able to spot Peter Pan’s longtime rival leaning out of a porthole, with a vengeful expression on his face (and some paint splattered all over him!). Peter Pan and Captain Hook join the ranks of other Disney characters, like Rapunzel and Pascal on the Disney Wish and Goofy on the Disney Magic. The stern characters are part of a 25-year tradition, as each ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet is adorned with characters from beloved Disney stories.
