WDW Magazine Web Producer, Kurdt Long: “If you’re gluten-free, this can be a good option for a bread-like snack. The potato pancake was fluffy and moist, a great vehicle for the ham and onion. The ham was also soft, and went really well with the sour cream and herbs. Be sure to get a bit of each element on every bite!”
