2022 Beignet aux Trois Fromages Review
- Beignet aux Trois Fromages; $6.00
- Warm beignet filled with three cheese blend
Director of Communications, Tatjana Lazar: “This item was a miss. The interior cheese filling was very bland, and the texture was a little off. I expected delicious melty cheese, but it was more of a custard.” Alternative: The griddled cheese at the Greece booth.
Photographer, Laurie Sapp: “The bread part was warm, soft, and sweet to taste. There was melted cheese on the top and creamy soft cheese in the middle. It was a nice-sized portion for the price.”
2022 Strawberry Rose Mimosa Review
- Strawberry Rose Mimosa; $8.95
- Pol Remy Sparkling Wine, orange juice, and Monin Strawberry Rose Syrup
“This was wonderful! I could have had a couple of these easily. An absolutely delicious take on the Mimosa.”

2022 La Passion Martini Review
- La Passion Martini Slush; $12.95
-
- Vodka, Grey Goose Le Citron, cranberry, and passion fruit juice
WDW Magazine Communications Director, Tatjana Lazar: “Thought this would be overrated but it was truly really good. The portion was great, though a little on the expensive side. Flavors were well distributed throughout the ‘slush’ so you didn’t ever have a moment where you felt like you were drinking ice.”
WDW Magazine Reporter, Tina Chiu: “This is a classic for Food and Wine! Definitely refreshing and on the sweeter side, which I love!”
2022 Brioche aux Escargots, Sauce Crème à l’ail et Persil Review
- Brioche aux Escargots, Sauce Crème à l’ail et Persil; $7.25
- Escargot brioche with creamy garlic and parsley sauce
“The snail was cooked perfectly very tender and had great flavor as well! The bread was buttery and moist, the cheesy spinach topping was delicious. This was a hearty portion so make sure to share and leave room for some other dishes!”

2022 Parmentier de Boeuf Braisé au Cabernet Review
- Parmentier de Boeuf Braise au Cabernet Reviews; $6.75
-
- Braised short ribs in cabernet with mashed potatoes
“This item was abundant portion size and great tasting. The mashed potatoes were smooth and the meat flavorful. It was warm and hit the spot when I was hungry. Comfort food overload!”
2022 Crème Brûlée Vanille à la Confiture de Framboises Review
- Crème Brûlée Vanille à la Confiture de Framboises; $5.50
- 😊 Gluten/ wheat friendly
- Vanilla crème brûlée with house-made raspberry jam
France’s Crème Brûlée is always one of my favorites each year – but this time, I was a little disappointed in the temperature. A great crème brûlée should be cool inside and hot on top to provide a surprising contrast – this one was just lukewarm all around
