Discounts Available Most Nights from Aug. 8
If you want to get these discounts on a Disney Resort hotel stay, you absolutely have to be a resident of Florida. You’ll need to provide proof of residency when you check in.
Though restrictions of course apply, the discount covers a wide swath of great options. The Florida residents discount works on Disney Resort hotel stays for most nights between Aug. 8 and Sept. 4.
Here’s a sampling of the sweet discounts Florida residents can take advantage of. Keep in mind that prices don’t include taxes, so have a little bit extra set aside for Uncle Sam.
- Pop Century Resort: Standard Room – $149/night
- Coronado Springs Resort: King Bed Room – $249/night
- Art of Animation Resort: Family Suite – $349/night
- Grand Floridian Resort & Spa: Garden View Room in the Outer Building – $449/night
The discount also extends to additional rooms at the Pop Century, Grand Floridian, and Coronado Springs. You can also save some bucks at these beloved Disney Resort hotels:
- BoardWalk Inn
- Old Key West Resort
- Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa
- Wilderness Lodge
- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
- The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort
How to Take Advantage
Before you settle in and start making plans, you’ll want to be aware of a few ins and outs.
For starters, you won’t be able to use the Florida residents discount on any three-bedroom villas or The Little Mermaid Standard Room at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
If you’re using your discount at Disney Value, Moderate, and Deluxe Resorts or Studios at Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts, you may have to pay an additional per-adult charge if you’ve got more than two adults staying in a room.
And, of course, you’ll need to reserve in advance and can’t combine this deal with any other discounts or promotions.
The Florida residents discount is good for stays ranging from a minimum of one night and a maximum of 14 nights. Certain resort hotels may impose additional length of stay requirements.
Got it? Good. Now you can call the Disney Reservation Center and ask for the Florida Residents: Special Summer Rates on Rooms discount or hit up DisneyTravelAgents.com.
