Florida Flavors Make This Event Extra-Special
At the heart of Flavors of Florida is a strong commitment to showcasing local products, and this year’s highlights are no exception. 45 restaurants throughout Disney Springs are featuring a combined total of more than 90 menu items that celebrate regional bounty, including Florida-caught white shrimp, vibrant citrus fruits, and fragrant herbs.
One standout is the use of local Florida honey, which brings a rich, floral sweetness to both savory and sweet offerings from honey-drizzled proteins to honey-infused cocktails and pastries.
Wine lovers will appreciate the inclusion of Lakeridge Winery wines, made in Central Florida and known for their smooth, fruit-forward profiles. Maria and Enzo’s is putting a summer spin on Lakeridge’s touted cabernet sauvignon through the creation of a bright, sweet red sangria.
Pick up a Flavors of Florida event guide at Disney Springs when you arrive, complete with a find-and-seek kids’ game using stickers and scavenger-style fun—plus a surprise at the end for those who complete it. That way, you’ll have all of the participating locations plus a list of the food and beverages you can expect to find across Disney Springs handy.
Complimentary Chef Seminars Take Place at Waterview Park
One of the most exciting aspects of Flavors of Florida is the return of complimentary chef seminars at Waterview Park. Held on select Fridays, these live demonstrations offer an up-close look at the creative process behind the dishes featured throughout the event. Led by top culinary talent from Disney Springs restaurants, each seminar includes a live cooking demo using Florida-sourced ingredients, along with helpful tips and tricks guests can take home to their own kitchens.
Guests who attend the seminar are treated to a complimentary tasting of the featured dish after the demonstration, giving them the chance to experience the fresh Florida flavors firsthand. These seminars are family-friendly, informative, and a great way to elevate your visit to Disney Springs during the event.
Space is limited, and while the seminars are free, advance registration is required. Guests can sign up online through the official Disney Springs website where you can also find a full schedule of events and participating restaurants.

Mixology Classes Offer a Hands-On Experience
Want to get involved in Flavors of Florida fun? Chef Art Smith Homecomin’ (one of our favorite restaurants at Disney World) is offering a hands-on mixology experience for guests wanting to try their hand at creating some of these Florida-inspired offerings.
The Bloody Mary mixology class will be helmed by Homecomin’s bartender, and participating guests will be led through a step-by-step process of how to make the perfect Florida-inspired Bloody Mary at home- complete with Florida-grown fried green tomato garnishes!
The Mixology class will also include chef-curated food items. Some of Homecomin’s most touted Southern-inspired bites will be paired with the Bloody Marys to complete the Florida-inspired food and beverage pairing, one of which features the rare (and quite expensive!) Florida Tupelo honey.
Mixology classes are $100 per person (gratuity included) and are limited in space, so you’ll want to reserve your spot in advance.
